The service standards of United Building Maintenance far exceed my expectations. From communication from start to finish made me feel comfortable I can trust them with projects and the level of care in their clients.

United Building Maintenance goes out of their way for their clients! I recently had an emergency at one of my buildings and, within 30 minutes (on a Sunday morning), UBM had someone there to assess the damage. Within an hour they had a team of people there doing clean up and window board up's (19 to be exact). They stayed almost 12 hours to ensure the building was clean and secure! I would recommend UBM to anyone looking for a 5-Star janitorial company who cares about the people they serve.

We had a confirmed COVID-19 case in our office. We called Jani-king and had a reasonable quote and set up a disinfecting in less then an hour. 3 hours later Jani-king showed up in protective gear and sanitized our office. We will be calling them soon to discuss daily cleaning. Thank you Jani-King for your quick and professional service!!!

Patrick and his crew have been cleaning my office for some time and we have been happy with them. But Patrick REALLY shined when I called him over the weekend after some construction in my office left the place in dire need of major attention. I worked all day Saturday cleaning the floors before calling Patrick on his cell phone in a panic. He dropped everything and came over and helped me for a couple of hours Saturday night and then came back with D. Love who worked for a couple hours more on Sunday to finish up scrubbing and waxing my floor. They were both great. Very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgable.
