Ph Janitorial has been very responsive to our needs and requests since they took over at our office space. Their team does excellent work and is always there to respond if we have questions or need something extra accomplished. We are happy to have them in charge of our space. They are always friendly and efficient.

This company is truly fantastic to work with!! Right from the beginning Patrick has been friendly and timely with everything! And meeting Eugene a pleasure and you can tell he takes pride in his business! They listen to everything you have to say and they correct any thing that needs to be corrected right away! The time and care they put into their job is wonderful! I would recommend them to everyone!

This review is long overdue, but truly deserved.
It was an urgent matter in finding janitorial services prior to Easter Sunday. Luckily, I've inquired with PH Janitorial Services before. I decided to reach out and give them a try. I spoke with Patrick (Owner of the Company), gave him all the details of what I was expecting, and in the same day was able to provide a well detailed proposal of what kind of services was suitable for me. (Breakdown of cost, duration of time, what is going to be done, and more). I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to service until after Easter Sunday. Patrick will work with you! He will find the time in their busy schedule to make sure it's done before the day of your event. The day I scheduled them to come was unfortunately one of our busiest days at the church. That was no problem for them! They will definitely accommodate to you.

It was a pleasure meeting Eugene. He was very punctual and patient. He took the time to answer all my additional questions.
It was a big task that day and without a doubt they did an excellent job in such a small time frame. A lot of our members were very pleased with the outcome.

Anago was very detailed when they cleaned our office. They helped get all our ceiling vents cleaned out which had a lot of build up.

Management staff is responsive and will cater to most requests without hesitation. The cleaning crew is very nice!

This has to be the worst company I have ever seen ran . Checks don’t come out on time . Star Industries is so ready to call me to remind me that we have a contract together however when it comes to picking up my pay check ( which is once a month ) they’re so inconsiderate. The amount of gas it took just for me to arrive and for you to tell me , They’re not in ( the checks ) I tell you what after this posting I’m going over to BBB & filling an official complaint. Do right by your workers who stand by there work . Star Industries disgust me

John is great to work with. If there is a problem he wraps his arms around it and owns it until it is resolved. We could not be happier with him as a Vendor. More than a great vendor he is the kind of guy you want on your TEAM!

Absolutely wonderful! The service is top notch, no corner is left untouched and I could not ask for a more complete service. We have used them for years and I couldn’t imagine going with anyone else.
