I waited over 8 yrs to put a pool in. I got quotes from several companies. After meeting with Eric for a consult I was beyond happy. The design was perfect & pricing was great too. I also read the many reviews about their construction. The solid construction reviews is what solidified my decision. I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at Sac Pool pros. They have been nothing but absolutely incredible since day 1. I did see reviews about the owner being rude. I have had none of those experiences. They have been nothing but great. My pool will be finished tomorrow & I’m thrilled with the results. I would hire Sac Pool pros in a heartbeat!

Sac Pool Pros built my pool in 2021. The experience I had with Zack, the designer/salesperson was great, he was super flexible and had really great, insightful design ideas. We ended up going with a shape and positioning that maximized the space and size of my yard, and allowed me to do something else on the other side, instead of the pool taking up the entire yard, which is small to begin with.

Although we had some bumps in the road with leadership and some communication issues I feel like the company has been very supportive and responsive over the last few years in terms of answering my questions and addressing things with equipment. I know they are trying very hard to meet the demand and every client's needs and it all comes down to effective, caring, and kind communication and listening skills.

Their pools are top-notch and their crews are very smart, helpful, and professional. Other reviews mentioned damage to fences and landscaping and yes these things do occur. Perhaps they could be addressed prior to the contract being signed because they are inevitable. Setting expectations is very important with clients who have never built a pool, and knowing and understanding that things will be damaged and have to be fixed later most likely. Our price was very competitive and our pool was done in 3 months, and yes that was 3 years ago. Many more homes in the area now.

Again, Dave the owner has been very responsive with questions and concerns I have had over the years, and definitely did not ghost me when I had a problem with a leak in my equipment. It was fixed ASAP. My sweeper was recently spinning in place and my maintenance company was going to repair it for a fee since it was out of warranty. When I contacted Dave he replaced it right away as it was only out of warranty for a couple of months unfortunately.

I really appreciated the great customer service and communication.

And I'm totally in love with my pool. It's heaven. 🌊

Might be good at building but do not have them do your weekly service. Absolutely horrible. Broke parts & overcharged. Contacted multiple times to try and resolve prior to leaving a review but owner never called back? Multiple messages and emails.

They did the VGB upgrade for our commercial property pool. Quick response, fair pricing and service tech, Mondo, was very courtious and knowlegable.

Just to update my previous review… Our project took approximately 7 months to finish. Dave, the owner lacks professionalism and clear communication. He becomes incredibly defensive and condescending when questioned. I don’t even feel it’s necessary to list off all that went wrong because Dave will just jump on here and accuse. I’ll tell you this though, our pool that was finished in February has yet to pass final inspection. We continue to call Sac pool pros and never hear back. They were flagged on Yelp for fake positive reviews as well. My advice to you If you are considering this company is go with a reputable company with GOOD reviews. We spent a lot of money on our project and it is beautiful, but dealing with them has been the worst experience. Dave will give you his word then totally bail on you.

Pretty bummed out that our project started on 7/6 and as of today 11/14 we are not completed. No one has been here since September and no one from this company has reached out to us for any updates. Lack of professionalism and consideration. Communication will certainly go along way!

This is regarding Sac Pool Pros pool service -- We used to be very unhappy with our original pool service tech, but ever since Izzy came into the picture, things have been great! Even if we're not home, we know when Izzy has been there. He's very professional, attentive to all our pool needs, and is great at communicating what he's done, and what he plans to do in the future. We had an issue not too long ago (user error issue), but Izzy responded promptly to all my questions, and even offered to come by to check and make sure everything was working fine. Luckily, things were fine and he checked everything when he came by later on on his scheduled day. We're very happy with our service and our pool! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had really high hopes for my pool. The communication across the board has been awful to say the least. I get it, ppl get busy and building a pool is not an easy task. I signed on back in October 2023, to this day I still have a halfway done pool. I have 100+ emails back and forth just asking for a quote before I signed off on anything. Then, I finally spoke up about my disappointment and David responded without taking ownership, instead he responded in capital letters, as if this was supposed to solve my concerns. It is clear that there are no professionalism when it comes to their management style. The workers that are building the pool is great and hoping that they get a position with other companies instead of working for David. The management is the reason why I would not recommend going with Sac Pool Pros, unless you want to be in the back burner - then go with them. I also have two other friends looking to build a pool that I will not be recommending over to them due to the way they handled the entire project. In addition, by the time I got a quote it's suddenly trippled the price even though what was quoted before was much lower. Was this because I spoke out? Either way, I also have a saved the voicemail of the exact cost they gave me prior to me approving the change. After speaking out, suddenly, my quote for coping wentv$1800 to $5500. My biggest advice is to keep a paper trail on your side and look somewhere else - stay away from this company as much as possible. I'm now in the process of postponing my project and looking for a different company to finish the job!

Update:
In the end, my pool ended up getting finished by sac pool pros and I did end up hiring another contractor to finish part of the job, overall the experience was a nightmare on sac pool pros side, my pool ended up having a leak after 6 months and the in ground spa also had 4 leaks. And some of the ppl checking the leak from another company thought my pool was older than it was because of all the issues it already had. It was a total pain just to get them back to the house to fix it, I feel like I'm going crazy just chasing them around for response. I would highly stay away from this company! My pool cost me a total of 88k and it was the biggest mistake of my life!
