I would not use this company. We moved back into our house and I checked the levels of the chemicals and they were way off. We have a salt pool and the salt level was less than 2000. There was no chlorine and my Ph level was way high. I canceled my service immediately. This is not the first issue that we have had.

The Service Tech, Chis, was phenomenal! He listened to my concerns and was able to find a solution for our pool pump that wasn’t operating correctly, he kept me informed of what he was doing, he took the time me help me understand how each of the valves operated and what was the best setting for each of them. His customer service attitude was top notch, honestly he is the dream technician, he knows his stuff, he doesn’t try to upsell you and he finds solutions to the problems. Definitely my go-to guy in the future!
