Moved to Swim Chem last year for my chemicals. Best deal in the market. Also asked them to update my pools’ equipment. A Pentair variable pump, heater, and filtration system was installed. They replaced my non-working fiber-optic light with a new led system that works great, and a wireless aqualink control unit. My water quality is the best I’ve seen since it was new. It looks like a new pool. Service is Very responsive to any inquiries. I am a happy customer.

After 20 years of using Swim Chem’s business, our pool pump broke, so we called to have them assess the problem. When they came out the employee was rude and mean, we called to express our concern with the employee and then asked if someone else could come because the employee was very disrespectful. Unfortunately Swim Chem took no time to instead terminate all services. Way to handle the situation Swim Chem, showing no respect or regards for your customer.

After all the storms, I notified Swim Chem and explained that the clarity of my water was bad. A technician arrived, I forget his name, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Within a day after the service, the water was clear and my pool has never looked better!!

So may service people seem to act as if THEY are the ones whose feelings and perceptions are important, not the customers paying for service. Swim Chem, on the other hand, is always ready and always responds. That's why I am will to pay more for them.

Art has been over at my house for pool various issues over the years. He is the premier specialist on all things of pool equipment. He even fixed the solar system installed with an error by another company. The system actually never heated the water due to a wrongly installed sensor. He found the issue and fixed it.

Great company that does a good job. We have Swim Chem manage our chemicals in the pool and since day one it has looked good. They do wonderful work. And they fix other problems they encounter when doing the service. Highly recommend them to anyone with a pool.
