My mom and I have been customers of theirs for years. They are prompt to respond, on time and very professional. I can't imagine using any other company.

Kinda and the Tree Tech staff are great. Pricing is competive and the communication is awesome.

As someone who has experienced them working on trees at the house I rent and the neighbors they are the worst in customer service ever. They tossed logs onto our lawn while working on the neighbors yard. They demand, not ask, that you move all the cars in the street and driveways and will cry to their boss refusing to work until said vehicles are moved so they don't have to walk an extra 5 feet. Grow up.

Great place. Terry was very prompt in coming out to give us an estimate. They showed up in time, did exactly what we agreed upon, and they cleaned up before they left. I plan on using them again. Highly recommend.

Tree Tech has cared for our trees for many many years. This year the crew led by Josh was exceptional. John did an excellent job and the newest member of the crew, Juan was great. With Josh's guidance, Juan trimmed our large fan palm and did the job like a seasoned pro. We will continue using Tree Tech.

We had all our trees trimmed and shaped. Plum tree, lemon tree, cypress cedar tree, oak tree and five redwood trees. The workers were very good and cleaned up better than our weekly lawn service does.

Terry and Kenda came by from Tree Tech Services to give a bid for removing a large camphor tree that never should have been planted in my tiny front yard and now had roots damaging concrete and sprinklers. They gave me a very reasonable bid for removal and stump grinding, and also helped me decide on a non-invasive replacement tree (I was very indecisive about a new tree but Kenda was patient and gave great suggestions). The work was done in January 2025 - the team was fast, efficient, careful of the numerous utilities near by, cleaned up after themselves, and the lead guy who spoke English (sorry I forgot his name) was professional and friendly. The company was up front about limitations of removing all large roots because some were too close to utility boxes or the sidewalk. But the guys went above and beyond to hack some away manually. They couldn’t get them all but they got more than I expected! The newly planted tree looks good too. I’ve hired two other arborist companies previously, but Tree Tech will now be the one I call again if needed in the future!

Tree tech came out and removed 5 large redwood trees in my backyard. They were polite, on time, finished on time and did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris and I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely call them back when I get ready to remove the rest. The price was more than reasonable as well!

Excellent service and very professional. I was very happy with the tree trimming they did. They also care about how you feel about their work and if there was anything I needed done further. Very impressed and definitely will hire them again. I have two huge Mulberry Trees that needed to be cut back. Excellent job.

This company gave me one of the lowest bids for cutting down 3 trees and doing two stump grindings, so I hired them. I did tell them that my plants, irrigation, and existing electrical were important to me to prevent damage.

They arrived on time, when they said they would. I did emphasize to them again that there was electrical and irrigation near the tree and to be careful. They actually did a good job of cutting the tree down, using a rope to tie off bigger branches. They left kind of a mess, which is what I expected since I had landscape rocks mostly. I knew the grinding wouldn't be pretty.

My only gripe is that three of my landscape lights were not working after they left. After further inspection, I found a cut wire on top of the area where the trees were. I e-mailed a photo of the cut wire and an explained to them what happened, even after I clearly explained my concerns about the electrical wire. Their only response was that their contract, which they pretty much force you to sign, says they take no responsibility for any damage they cause. I would've thought that at least they could've attempted to have been more careful since I clearly explained my concerns in advance multiple times.

It is evident that they really don't care about your property or any damage that they do to it. If you have electrical wires or irrigation, I would advise going with someone else. Now I will have to spend countless hour's digging up my my landscape to fix all the damage they did. I'm fairly certain they probably damaged my irrigation as well. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

This is a great tree company. I have known them a long time and they do good work and show up on time, they’re very professional. They took down the two redwood trees to the left of our house. They were very close, but they are very good and did a great job.

Property Destruction Masquerading as "Tree Service" - Avoid at All Costs

I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment after Tree Tech completely destroyed and butchered the protected live oak trees on my property. What I hired them for was a professional, proper trimming; what I received was an act of arboricultural vandalism that has left my property irrevocably damaged.

Here are the facts of my experience:
Disregard for Protected Status: I explicitly informed the company, and it was noted in our contract, that the trees are protected live oaks subject to local ordinances. The crew on site completely ignored this, performing severe, damaging "topping" and "lion-tailing" practices that are universally condemned by professional arborists and often illegal for protected species.
Lack of Certification/Expertise: It became immediately clear their team lacked the presence of an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certified arborist as advertised. A certified professional would never have butchered mature trees in this fashion.
Property Damage: The work was incredibly sloppy. Beyond the irreparable harm to my trees' health and aesthetics, the crew damaged other plants and left a significant mess of debris scattered across my yard that I had to clean up myself.
Unresponsive Management: I attempted to contact the owner/manager immediately to halt the work and discuss the damages. My calls were initially ignored, and subsequent attempts to find a meaningful resolution have been met with shrugged shoulders and a refusal to take ownership of the extensive harm caused, although the final cost was adjusted.
The value of the lost shade, privacy, and the sheer age of these magnificent trees cannot be replaced by the minimal "service" provided. This was not just a bad service experience; it was the destruction of a core part of my property's value and ecosystem.
I have retained all documentation, including the contract, photos before and after the "service", and have already contacted local authorities regarding the potential violation of protected tree ordinances. I will also be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and local consumer protection agencies.
Save yourself the heartache and potential legal trouble. Do not trust your valuable trees or property to this company. Seek out a company that has reputable, ISA-certified professionals onsite during the whole job instead.

Hector and his crew removed eight trees for us. Two of them were very large. They did a great job at removing the stumps also.
