Really pleased with the tree crew who came out and trimmed up our tree. Contacted three companies, and Genesis was the only tree service who responded back to us. Professional and friendly, got the job done and cleaned up as if they were never here, except our tree was pruned exactly like we wanted. Will definitely be happy to recommend Genesis to anyone looking for help !!

Watched professionalism and expediency of the project from start to finish of part 1 tree removal. Awaiting part two tree stump grinding. Contractors were punctual, courteous, respectful and attended my needs of the fulfillment of the project. Great cleanup. Thank you. See you soon for the finale and completion of the stump grind. All three crew members who were assigned the job to trim our tree were very friendly and easy to work with. They answered my question accordingly making me more comfortable about what to expect. They were also professional in their Interactions with me and my neighbor who they needed to gain access to her property to complete the job. It was nice having my neighbors and my property cleaned up after the completion of the job. I would like to ask for the same crew to return when our Magnolia tree requires attention.

Exceptional service and timely completion. Miguel and his team are top notch! They just completed the removal of our very large 200+ year old blue oak. Impressive watching Miguel work with finesse, competence, and safety. Their team of arborists are professional and extremely knowledgeable in assessing tree health and working with our local HOA when issues arise. Overall, they have a very capable team. We’ve worked with them going on three years and can’t recommend them enough.

Fallen Leaf has been doing yearly pruning on our front yard trees for several years now. Our friend Rhonda referred us. We have been extremely pleased with their professional, customer service and expertise. They always leave our yard spotless when they finish which is an added bonus.

Happy with the service Fallen Leaf has provided. The arborist came out quickly to assess our situation and the service needed was implemented the day after the estimate was approved. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work the Fallen Leaf crew performed on my old, large Camphor tree. It looks beautiful. All the work was done by climbing because a bucket lift could not be used in my backyard, which the skill used to do was impressive. And my yard was left clean, all debris was removed and every thing put back in place.

We have a large valley oak that required major pruning and long term fertilizer care. Fallen Leaf staff have been timely, informative, and pleasant to work with.

I was referred to them by my neighbors who hired them for tree pruning. We were in need of tree pruning so I called them TWICE and left voicemails asking for them to call me back and who referred me. This was over three weeks ago. I guess they have enough business that they don’t need any new customers. Oh, and my neighbor had to call them to pay them. STAY FAR AWAY! If I could give zero/no stars, I would.

Response to owner: I am sorry everyone was sick, but you do own a business. It was literally a couple minutes to have someone call to let people, including myself, know what was up. So I kindly disagree with you because an established business should have someone to manage the voicemail. You may be a good tree pruner, but after working in customer service, it’s that FIRST phone call that makes a difference. Aside from your sick employees, I would be reticent to hire you now because you did not have someone who could return calls and explain what happened. The lack of doing anything speaks volumes about your service. Excuses don’t make you look good.

We have used Fallen Leaf Tree many times over the years and we have been happy with their work every time. Quick estimates, reasonable pricing, rapid scheduling, professional management, great craftsmanship, safe work done efficiently. We will be calling them out next time we need an arborist.
