We had to replace our 20 year old Gibson AC system and we decided to go with the new amazing Rudd Electric AC / Heat Pump System and so far it’s been SOOO KOOOL!!! The crew arrived at 8am on time, they were very professional, organized, well prepared and they answered all of our questions and concerns without missing a beat. What was supposed to be a two day install, ended up being completed in 8 hrs.exactly, our system was up and running all in one day of work.

Great job and thank you all, Santiago, Marcos, Connor, Julian and Leo, you guys are truly the 5 stars in my book. Shot out to my man Zia Aziz, the system engineer for sitting down with us and helping us choose the right system for our needs, you were nails!!! just a nice and cool family guy to chat with and very down to 🌍.

For us homeowners, having to deal with the stress of purchasing a new Havoc System and trusting the right company to get the job done correctly, I know personally it can be a very challenging and super stressful ordeal, but this time for us, that was not the case with Loves Air, they were truly A BLESSING!!!

My furnace hasn't been serviced in 13 years, yet while tuning it up they found nothing wrong with it, while supporting all their finds with pictures.
The service included changing the filter.
In my opinion (and believe me, I have been taken advantage of before, especially as a single woman) this company is not just in for the money.
They live up to their reputation, and won't try to sell you something you don't need.
Looking forward to them tuning up my a/c unit in the spring.

So I get this huge flyer in the mail by Loves Air stating that I could receive up to $5,000 off on a new heating & cooling system + FREE water heater! I was stocked because I knew I needed a new water heater. Ours was leaking like crazy. 💦 I called and booked an appointment immediately. Matthew came out and assessed both the heating and cooling system, plus the hot water heater. He found that our air conditioner and heater was in good condition but our hot water heater had definitely seen better days. Matthew was informative, professional and knowledgeable as he patiently explained what we needed and how much it was going to cost. I had always wanted a thermostat that I could control from my phone using an app and he said we could get one of those too. Excited I immediately decided to allow Loves Air resolve our issues and get scheduled for an install. While applying for financing was a bit of challenge ( I honestly would have rather stood in line at the DMV without an appointment)…😕 The actual installation was a breeze. Santiago and Jason showed up on time. They were a professional team, taking away the old hot water heater that had been in our home since bell bottom pants and Afros were in style. And they replaced it with a new one plus a metal stand. We also got the new thermostat that is sleek and sexy. 🥰 After everything was installed and the men left, the kitchen faucet stopped working! I had a Easter ham dinner to make the next day and was worried. 😳 But the next morning before I could pour my second cup of coffee, Nick was at our front door, ready to save the day. And he did. As it turns out if your pipes are old, sometimes installing a new hot water heater demands that you flush out all the debris that can get stuck in the pipes. Loves Air went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running smoothly. As for my ham dinner not so much. So we had Hawaiian pizza instead. 🍕 I’d like to thank the team at Loves Air Team for their expertise, professionalism, kindness and commitment to excellence. I would recommend them for all your heating, air conditioning and solar needs. Also if you’re reading this review and know of a good glazed ham recipe, I wouldn’t be mad if you’d send it to me. lol 😆

Loves got our heat back up and running! They provided next day service and Josh was very helpful and did a great job. They installed our hvac in 2020 and have always provided professional service from dispatch to the techs. Highly recommend!!

Eduardo, Wyat, and Marco completed the HVAC installation for me. Their professionalism is highly appreciated. They were prompt, friendly, thorough and diligently worked to complete the installation. It can be scary having strangers in one’s home but they were respectful and I didn’t feel that they were out to cheat or charge me with any hidden costs. They are a great team and truly made me feel welcomed to the Loves Air Family.

Last week my furnace stopped working. I called Loves Air and they sent Nick that same day. Nick figured out the issue and had a part ordered right away. Next morning I got a text from Michael saying part was in and if they can come that day to do the repairs. Nathan showed up before scheduled time and had my out heat running in no time. Both Technicians are very knowledgeable and were amazing at getting us heat within 24 hours. Thank you Loves air for the great work and timely manner in getting our furnace working again.

Jose Matinez (technician) that came to do the maintenance service on the heater was great! He was nice, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

I recently had to have my entire AC/Heating unit replaced.  The work was completed by Loves Air.  Santiago, Manny, and Anthony did a terrific job.  They were prompt and very professional.  The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were also replaced or added within the home.  They were very polite and informed us every step of the way along with taking the time to teach us how to use the new thermostat. Clean up was excellent as well, you never would have known they were here

Just wrapped up our service visit with a Joel, absolutely phenomenal service. He got what we needed for our heater in little time, also gave us great advice on how to handle the heat with the new house we just moved into. We’ll be definitely recommending him to our other friends that have HVAC needs!

I called Loves because my furnace would not start this fall. They sent Jose out within a few hours. He was completely professional and thorough in investigating why the furnace would not come on. It turned out to be a bit of a fluke because of the way, my furnace is hooked up to electricity. Jose was thorough and persistent in finding the issue. He communicated with me regularly and I felt as though solving my problem was important to him. The charge at the end of his visit was reasonable and I scheduled a return in a couple of weeks to do a maintenance check on my furnace. Thanks to my experience with Jose, I would recommend Loves Air very highly.

Great company to work with. Zia provided all necessary information up front about my Heat Pump and AC installation/transition. Leo's team did an amazing job installing the equipment, cleaned up the mess, and were very thorough with answering questions and explaining our new system. We paid a bit more to use a commercial company but we definitely feel it was money well spent. Very professional, friendly, and clean! Thank you Love's!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Loves Air from start to finish. We originally scheduled AC maintenance for three of our properties, and Michael and Jason showed up right on time. They were incredibly kind, detailed, and professional—taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure we understood the condition of each unit.

At one of our properties, the AC unit was quite old and had several issues. Within just a few hours, Loves Air sent Zia over to assess the situation and walk us through our options for replacing the system. Zia was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answering all of our questions without any pressure. Our conversation went beyond just getting a new HVAC system—he genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision for the long-term comfort and efficiency of our home. It felt more like talking to a trusted advisor than a salesperson.

Since this isn't our first time working with Loves Air, we knew we weren’t going with anyone else. The very next day, Xavier and his install team arrived and completed the installation of a brand new heat pump system. The entire crew was efficient, respectful, and highly skilled. Josh at Loves Air did a fantastic and thorough maintenance job on our heating system. He explained everything he did with photos he'd taken so I could see for myself rather than have to rely soley on explanation. The proof is in the seeing.
With Loves coupon it was a bargain costing much less than I expected. Definitely a 5 star job!

Having Loves Air replace my HVAC and upgrade a sliding door and a few of my windows. Tom and Matthew, the sales team, were great explaining products and financing options. They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision to proceed.
Yesterday, Xavier's crew (Xavier, Conner and Tim) did a fantastic job installing the HVAC. I got a courtesy call from Xavier telling me their eta. When they arrived he explained what they'd be doing and how long it would take. I asked Conner who replaced all the old smoke and CO monitors to show me how to change the batteries. He was patient with his explanation. As the day progressed, I appreciated Xavier asking me multiple times if I had any questions. Before leaving, Xavier helped me set up the new thermostat.
I am impressed by how courteous and customer service oriented the crew was. They definitely earned a 5+ star rating.
The heating system is a 100% improvement. So far, I am a very happy customer.

Marcos, Matt, David and Marco were AMAZING today. Old unit gone, new unit installed. Very respectful of my house and family "including my 3 big dogs that were very excited to meet them." I had a very pleasant encounter with Jose. He is knowledgeable in his trade. My thermostat issue was resolved immediately. He is also a good salesman as well as being tech savvy. Can he get assigned as my account rep for future service calls? Great employee!

Technician for diagnostic. Upon arrival we spoke and I informed me that the system isn’t blowing in the air. Technician went ahead with his diagnostic and found system ok but bower motor
was making a lot of noise as if the bearings are grinding and was starting to seize up. Technician informed me blower motor was bad and recommend replacing it. Technician explained costs and that he would be able to make repairs today.
Technician installed new blower motor. Adjusted the blower as needed and tested system and heatmode. System is operating normally. Technician was very professional and keep us informed every step of the way. Our almost 19+ year old HVAC system suddenly had some major issues. We looked at highly rated HVAC businesses in our area via Yelp, Google, Nextdoor and obtained several estimates. When we met Matt, a down-to-earth and knowledgeable representative from Loves Heating and Air, we selected Loves to install a new HVAC system based on his overview of our current system and our needs. The estimate he provided was very reasonable compared to others. Today we met our amazing team (Team of Dominick and Santiago) who communicated well from start to finish, arrived on time, worked diligently and efficiently. Their team members were all knowledgeable, respectful, engaged 120% and hardworking. They seem also to get along great with each other which made the Install-day more enjoyable! They covered the floors with tarps to protect them, wore shoe covers, cleaned-up all packaging and "debris" when job was completed, and inspected each system, ducts, returns, and thermostats. Dominick demonstrated how to use the system (inside and outside units) and reviewed expectations for upcoming inspections. Santiago invited us to call with any questions anytime. Our new system is so quiet, it's amazing. We highly recommend Loves Air for their knowledge, communications, pricing, quality products and parts, punctuality, respect for our home and family. We also are impressed with their ongoing ability to hire and keep exceptional team members and leads to continue providing quality installs, repairs, and experiences with customers. 10 Stars!
