My husband woke up a couple of days ago to no hot water. I called Loves Air to see if they would be able to help as all of our normal troubleshooting did not work.
It turned out the ignitor needed to be replaced.
Joel, our technician was awesome. Very professional and he explained everything to me. When it's time to replace our tankless water heater, we will call Loves Air.

Installation Team: Santi, Marco, Marcos & Anthony - Came to my home to do a complete install of our system (HVAC & new water heater). I was extremely happy with all the work that was done at my property. When a problem came up, and something needed to be fixed or replaced they took care of it with no issue. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and I enjoyed the conversations I had with them while they were working. The value of their work was worth what we spent! My husband and I recently had our AC, Furnace, and water heater replaced through Loves. We’d gotten quotes from several other companies and never felt at peace about it, for various reasons. When Matt came out to quote the work, we were immediately at ease because of his straightforward manner, time spent covering every little detail and what to expect from them and the process, and the fact that there was no pressure or scare tactics to try and sell us on the company. We appreciated how Matt patiently walked us through the options and helped us find what was right for our home and budget.
On the day of install, the team arrived promptly. Xavier and his crew introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions or concerns, set up their work area, and got straight to work. Each one was courteous and professional. At the end of the day, Xavier took the time to teach us how to use the new thermostat, answer any additional questions, and outline the next steps. Everything works great, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We highly recommend Loves Air!

Love’s Air was awesome as always! Eduardo was super friendly and did a great job explaining everything to me. He even noticed a small issue with a pipe and sealed it up just to be nice, which I really appreciated. I originally called them during an emergency, but after that experience I decided to move forward with their yearly services because they’ve been consistently great. I highly recommend them! Also very glad Eduardo didn’t fall off my roof in the rain today 😅👏

Loves Air is absolutely the best! From the first call with the friendly office staff (communication is out of this world) to meeting our technician Alan, everything was seamless and professional. As suspected our compressor was shot after 25 years so Alan arranged for a same day replacement estimate.
Zia Aziz, a literal superstar, came out and impressed us so much with his knowledge, generosity, and professionalism that we didn’t even think about getting another bid. He’s good at what he does. We appreciated the use of technology to show us side by side comparisons as well as how heat pumps work.

The very next day, Dominic, Wyaat, and Manny arrived to install our new Gree rooftop heat pump with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. The coordination with the roofing guys and the crane company was amazing. My husband who was home for the install, went on and on about how impressed he was with the team. Dominic, Wyaat, and Manny were are pros. A big thank you for patiently explaining how the new wifi thermostat works and helping to get it set it up on his phone!
The whole Loves Team turned what had been a stressful week without A/C into a smooth and memorable experience. A rare, and truly 5-star operation!

We needed to replace our aged HVAC. Love’s was quick to respond to our inquiry.. Carl was a pleasure to deal with and we had a new system in place a day later. The installation crew, Dom, Conner and Ant were very professional. They worked quickly but still had time to answer my questions and explain their process. All in all, I’m happy that we took the recommendation we had received to use Love’s.

Great experience with Nate and Ed this morning for our contracted services! The unit is on a 2nd story rooftop with no easy access but they made quick work of it and went above and beyond, helping clear branches that were surrounding the unit. We were happy to re-up our service maintenance plan for another year.

This crew of guys did an amazing job from start to finish. They showed up on time,got their game plan together and started on the task of demoing my old AC and installing my new system. They each had a task to perform and broke away from that task to help each other out with the larger items in the scope and then back to their original task. They are highly efficient and a very good group of guys. They had a very clean install and I'm very happy with the final product and the craftsmanship. I highly recommend Loves Air.

I had a great experience with Loves Air, Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Solar. Their technician, Joe, came out to do an inspection, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Joe was professional, punctual, and very thorough in explaining what he was checking and why. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the condition of my system before he left.
It’s rare to find service that feels both trustworthy and genuinely helpful, but Joe delivered exactly that. I’m impressed with the level of care and expertise he brought to the job, and I’ll definitely be using Loves Air again in the future. Highly recommend!

Systems engineers, Bernie and Matthew were great at the start; knowledgeable and thorough. They explained the process and products with great detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. They also offered a great deal based on my needs.

The install team: Santi, Alex, Dom, Marco, Conner, Manny and the others, provided excellent service! These young men were punctual, respectful, extremely organized and detailed oriented. The team work was amazing. Great pride was taken in the work completed. My property (inside and out), was left spotless. Like the engineers who came before them, they were careful to explain all details of the install. They demonstrated and explained how the system worked and did a walk through with me once done. I would definitely recommend Loves Air.

Today, Dom, Alex, Conner, and Tim came out to do the install. They were all very polite, helpful, thorough, patient, and it’s been an amazing experience from beginning to end with Loves Air. Dom was so friendly and helpful. All the guys answered our questions with patience and understanding.

We werent planning to get a new heat pump, but ours was so old and everyone was just so great and friendly and fair in pricing- we couldn’t pass up good people and great service for the price. Our last experience with another company was awful, but Loves Air has really exceeded all our expectations.

So glad I finally called Loves. Knowing that our current unit was the original unit and was over 20 years old, we knew it was nearing it's end. After getting an estimate from another company out of town and being shell shocked by the quote, I called Loves. Their customer service rep was super friendly and they worked with my crazy schedule. The day of our appointment we met with Matt who was equally as friendly and very thorough with his explanation of the different units that would work for our needs. I appreciate it that he didn't try to upsell us into something that we didn't need. He spent time answering our questions and giving us time to consider our options. We also appreciate that they give a veteran and teacher discount which, to us, means a whole lot that they respect veterans and teachers in this way. The prices quoted were half that of the other service. On the day of install, our installation team, Santi, Anthony, Xavier and Alan, arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. They took the time to walk us through how to use our new thermostat and provided all the paperwork for our warranty. They cleaned up and made sure that we were satisfied. We will definitely recommend them to others and we highly suggest that anyone looking to make a significant purchase in a new unit or just needing service for your current unit check them out!

We had a HVAC tune up & inspection last month. Our traditional original gas furnace & A/C were still running but we’re barely able to keep up with this summer’s heat. We learned about the Federal tax credit that expires at the end of this year & all the new regulations for Title 24 in California. We decided to upgrade our system now instead of next year because of the higher costs in 2026 for all the new rules & regulations.

We decided on a RUUD heat pump system from Love’s Air. They were great with the entire process from financing to installation. The day of the install Love’s text me a photo of one of the installation team members, Xavier. Followed shortly with a phone call from him. Xavier, Wyatt, & Tim all arrived on time as scheduled. They explained everything about the installation & each went to work with their assigned duties. Every team member was respectful & took excellent care of our home. Floor & shoe covers, furniture & clothes were covered anywhere near the areas they were working. Took about 6 hours to demo the old system & install the new one. Everything step was thoroughly explained as they worked through the day.

The new system included a Nest thermostat & as Xavier helped me setup the Google Home app, Wyatt & Tim cleaned up everything. Swept up the driveway & left the home cleaner than when they arrived!

We couldn’t be happier with our new heatpump & it’s worked perfectly for 2+ weeks. We’ve had the first of 2 inspections completed with no issues.

We’ve can’t recommend Love’s Air enough & extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship & professionalism of the entire team at Love’s Air!
