Soria staff were professional, responsive and great about explaining what and how they planned on doing things. In-house team wore protective foot booties at all times inside the house and ensured all surfaces were protected. Got rid of our mold quickly and completely. Excellent owner and staff !!

Soria contracting and Solutions is an extremely professional business. My great experience started with the promptness that Armando showed me in picking up my first call at 6:30 am and showing up at my place within two hours.
I was desperate after another company kept me with my bathroom demolished and with mold for the past two months.
When Armando came and saw the situation he promised quick service and quality. And let me tell you, Armando and his crew delivered exactly as promised. Very clean work, extremely detailed and keeping me up to date on all the steps while we were displaced from home. They cleaned and cleaned and disinfected all the mold and bacteria that the first company did not know how to deal with.
Soria and co. are a group that shows you that quality and ethical services still exist in a world where many others from their field care only about the money and not the customer.
If I could I would give them ten stars.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Armando and his associates at Soria Environmental. My toilet overflowed and wiped out my master bedroom, master bath, and master closet. All of my floors were ruined along with carpet, tile, bathroom cabinets, drywall, furniture, and personal items. Their crew came in and cleaned up everything for me with the utmost professionalism. When I first met with Armando, he walked me through what the whole process would be step by step and put all my worries at ease. They were able to work around my schedule and get everything cleaned up and looking great. They came in with smiles everyday and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Although this was a traumatic experience that I went through, they made it less traumatic by their work standards and professionalism. Armando also is working with my insurance carrier personally to make sure that everything is taken care of. I called Soria due to challenges with a mold smell in my restroom from a leak that had already been repaired and I am so happy that I did. All of my communication with Soria leading up to remediation, during the process and after was some of the best I have ever experienced. Can you imagine waking up at 3:00 in the morning with your kitchen completely flooded. Water gushing out everywhere your husband is 70 years old and we got to find a flashlight and get out to the street before everything is ruined. This business is the best ever they were there within a half an hour to an hour they cleaned everything up they took out the dirty rugs that were wet they washed all the towels they left our house almost like nothing happened except for fans I highly recommend these workers and this company they're not overly price they're nice people. And they do their work with their heart is in it. If you want something done fast and you have an emergency these are the people to call we are so thankful we could have lost so much thank you all five-star salute and kudos from Roger Hawes and June hawes

These people are the best at what they do! We were referred to them by Prestige Plumbing (also the best) for rebuilding a water heater cabinet that had been flooded. Tony was very responsive, checked out the damage within hours of my call after which Amber sent me a detailed estimate. Everything was efficient and 2 days later we had a new water heater installed by Prestige. Highly recommend the team at Soria -- there is a reason for all the 5 star reviews!

I contacted Monterey Bay Solutions to investigate the impact of a bathtub overflow accident. Ismael performed a thorough inspection, explained each step, and reassured us everything had dried up and there was no evidence of mold. He also gave us options for repairing some cosmetic damage to drywall, include DIY. I really appreciated the speed, professionalism, and the complete absence of pushy sales tactics: just straight advice.
I'm hoping we don't have another water damage incident in the future, but if we do, I'll know whom to call!
