Great Job they, cleaned or 40'x30' steel building roof and all, and boy was it bad! They got right on it and no kidding, look new.

We were very happy we chose Advance Pressure Washing to clean our roof. We received notice from our homeowners insurance stating our policy was to be cancelled related to moss on our roof. Advance Power Washing took before and after pictures that we were able to forward to the insurance company. The insurance company was very impressed and our policy was not canceled. Advance Pressure Washing was very professional, timely and efficient. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them for future work.

Alex and his crew came out to do a soft wash on my commercial building and a pressure wash on the front sidewalk and back parking lot to help remove bird droppings and other build-up. From the initial bid request, until the job was completed, Alex did a great job communicating all aspects of the project and ensuring all my requests were covered. Alex was very responsive and helpful during the estimate process. On the day of the service, he walked me through all they would work on and any potentially challenging areas. He also told me how those would be addressed. One week later, my roof looks perfect. No moss, no debris from the cleaning process sitting on my gutter filters. He evened cleaned the pile of leaves sitting in the hard to reach areas of my roof corners. I would highly recommend him.
I hired Alex again to clean my parents’ roof (wood shingles and the moss growing there was extensive - looked like a Hobbit house). Again, he and his team were thorough and respectful of the property. His before and after pictures were so helpful as well.
