Our home is in a rural area with a lot of trees and we were notified by our insurance company that if we didn't clean all the moss from the tile roof they would cancel our policy. The home has many rooflines and pitches, some very hard to reach.
I checked around and people were charging a lot of money to perform this work. I was ready to go rent a big 4x4 lift with a boom and do the work myself when I came across Advanced Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning and contacted them. Alex quoted us a great price and said they'd come out the next Saturday and handle it.
Alex and Isaac were great! They worked non-stop and went above and beyond to get or roof cleared of moss, lichens and debris. They even cleaned out the gutters and all around the house and pressure washed the front patio before they left at no extra charge. The job actually ended up taking them an extra day and they had to make another trip out from Salinas but they didn't charge extra for that either. We are more than happy and the roof looks practically new. Alex even provided us with before and after drone footage to submit to our insurance company. If I could give them an extra star I would.

Alex with Advance Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning is very easy to talk to. He gives free estimates and schedule you the earliest convenient time and the price is really good. He went an extra mile to clean the driveway too after cleaning the gutters and installing solar protection from birds. I would highly recommend his services. In fact I texted my friends already and recommended him.

Such a wonderful company to work with. I live in Carmel and my dog threw up on my carpet and area rugs , Ferrante’s Came out very quickly and made my carpets come out brand new. They also took my area rugs to their Castroville facility to wash and dry them and when they brought them back, I want to say they looked better than before. Excellent service! Called for some carpet cleaning only had 3 rooms that were pretty dirty and heavily stained!! They came out to my house in Salinas, gave me a quote and got to work. Carpet now feels Great and smells fresh again! 10/10 would recommend this company to get your carpet cleaned!

Had Adam and Mike come out, very professional job at cleaning my chairs and upholstery. On the other hand had my area rugs cleaned by Mike the owner, from here in seaside all the way to Castroville. Very amazing service and I’m using them again!

I was planning a party at my house and had another steam cleaning company scheduled to come and do my carpets. They called the day of and canceled do to technical difficulties.
