I’ll never do business with Lowe’s again. They guaranteed they would deliver a dryer for me on a specific day. When it didn’t happen, they blamed the third-party delivery service. And said, sorry! Lowes, they’re the lowest.

Loews garden shop is reasonably well stocked and the people there seem to know plants pretty well. They also know their stock and where various things are located. Unlike Home Depot, Loews has a discounted plant section in back and I've picked up a few good bargain plants there. Their plants also seem to have a higher survival rate than some other places I've tried. I would start looking for my plants there.

No carts no flatbeds no modified garden carts when they said the cards were outside they meant all the way to the front we went to the front there were no cards there either there was no excuse for that and the employees said go ahead file a complaint so my review is my complaint.. also note in the pictures only one check stand was open and one of the cell service things the other one did not work

Clarke's does a great job of maintaining our home. We appreciate their prompt and professional service.

Very thorough and knowledgeable about taking care of pest problems. We had an ant problem in the home and Clark Pest Control was out the next day to take care of the problem.

My technician was very polite and attentive, but I wouldn't say that Clarks was far better than the other competition.

We have used Clark Pest Control for many years and for multiple homes. Every technician has been extremely polite and thorough.

We had the house fumigated for dry wood termites before Thanksgiving. The entire process was completed quickly without any problems thanks to the outstanding service and attention of Ryan, our inspector, and the very professional fumigation crew.

As requested you always call ahead of time so I can put up my dogs. The service man is very considerate in covering the water bowls. Very professional

Very happy with clarks pest control. Richard is our tech and hes so nice and informative and does a great job. Im happy with my choice of choosing clarks.

They didn’t do anything. They said they would shore up areas where rodents could get in the house but they didn’t. The traps they put out did not catch anything and it was nothing but excuses for why they didn’t. I know for a fact that they (field mice) still got in because of droppings and the ONLY ONE to get caught was in a glue trap which was right by their trap.
So now I had to go out and buy poison and I am disgusted by all of this.
I tried to talk to someone this morning in the service department and all he did was yell at me and tell me that fixing anything was an extra cost and that if the customer refused and bla, bla, bla. Well, I asked them to fix things and they were the ones who refused to do it. They didn’t say anything about an extra charge, they simply said they didn’t do that.
Trust me, I would gladly have paid extra to get the job done right.
Now I’m out $350.00 and have to start over from square one.

The excuses they gave were: the first week we usually don’t catch anything, or they left the house, we’ll change the bait, and in the garage it was because there’s an opening and they’ll just go back outside.

For years we used Clark, and for years we were sick of simple rules not being followed. We had a note on our account to please call before coming, and nine times out of ten, that simple note was not followed. Their turnover of employees is SHAMEFUL!!! There has to be a reason why employees are coming and going so often with this company.

Kind, reliable, and effective. They have great customer service and they get the job done. Thank you for helping us in our moment of need!

Very satisfied with the results. Live out in the country and had a very bad problem with ants. Hired Clark to reduce the problem and they got rid of the problem. We haven't had any ants in the house since we started with their program.

We live in a more rural area and have lots of rodents. The technicians at Clark have all been great.

When we arrived home after the tent had been taken down. we were going to BBQ the sausages that I had purchased two days prior but the sausages were gone from the freezer along with beer from the fridge. Those are just a couple items with little value but where do they draw the line? We haven't discovered anything else missing yet, and hope I don't.
When I sent an Email to their website that evening the owner called my daughter and made up a bunch of B.S. excuses. I've been living in this house in North Salinas for 8 years and had not lost one thing to a thief, until Clark pest control showed up.

Conclusion. I If you choose to hire Clark pest control, keep a couple things in mind.
1. The contract you sign releases them from any liability to loss or damage from themselves or the third party company that actually tents your house and probably fumigates it.
2. My advice would be to stay and watch them actually tent the house and escort them through the house if any entry is required. Or you might be their next victim.

I'm forced to leave one star which is unfair. This site should have the option of leaving zero stars or negative stars.
