It's been a nightmare for my mom to get her trees looked at, cut and even a call back from other tree cutters. Not this place she is raving about them. Guillermo and the crew were on time, quick and clean. Talking to the office etc to set up the appointment was easy too. A lot of other places are backed up from the storms earlier this year I guess, so she would always get a "we'll call you back with the estimate" and never would get through to anyone. Pacific coast tree service should be on everybody's first call list since they seem to have treated my mom with great respect and quick service. We'll probably use them for future purposes since we have a lot of trees on the property haha

They answered the call right away and were able to come out the next day for the estimate, On time! my estimate was emailed to to me the next day, just like the told me. The pricing was fair I accepted the estimate. Richard contacted me the following day to say they had a cancellation and could be at our place Thursday at 8:00
They showed up at 8:00 very professional ,and promptly completed the work.

I needed sudden death infected oaks removed. They were very tall and close to the home. Gulliermo and his crew came out and safely removed the trees and ground the stumps a foot under the soil. The canopy was shredded and the logs were trailered away. I am very pleased with the way everything was done.

Absolute professionals. This was grade-A service from the first phone call to the estimate, to the follow-up, and to the finished job. There was an impeccable clean-up and zero damage to the property the trees were up against. This is now our permanent vendor for tree service, and we will be using them again in the near future.
