J&M currently services our office and does a phenomenal job. Our office is open 24/7 and has lots of traffic coming in and out. J&M goes above and beyond, they do no just provide a basic clean they pay attention to all the little details many cleaners before have missed. The entire J&M staff is extremely professional and courteous providing the best service in the Monterey Bay hands down! This is a company who will go above and beyond to take care of their clients, anyone looking for cleaning services 100% needs to go with J&M you will not be disappointed.

Stephanie McMercury did a truly fantastic job for my listing! I am pleased with the cleanliness of the house- it was spotless. My beloved client is a single mom with two lively boys, and moving out on time ended up being more difficult than expected. Stephanie walked into a house that was supposed to be empty and it wasn't.. She showed a lot of compassion and navigated around this situation. She and her crew got to work right away, navigating around the delays and overcoming several unforeseen obstacles. In the end, she delivered exactly what was needed and more. Stephanie went above and beyond, and I don't say that lightly. I would recommend her for residential or even commercial cleans.
