De lo peor. Nunca más vuelvo a contratar. Me cobraron por un aseo y cuando revisé todo estaba igual.

Cuando nos entregaron el apartamento, está empresa hizo el aseo, todo estaba absolutamente sucio. Luego Esta empresa emitió un cobro por una limpieza que JAMÁS se realizó. Eso se llama ROBO.

Es una empresa deshonesta, la contrato creekbridge apartments supuestamente para revisar si debían hacer una limpieza en el apartamento donde yo vivia y cobraron aún viendo que el apartamento estaba totalmente limpio, porque yo ya había llevado a otra compañía. Tengo videos como evidencia y la factura que me dio la otra compañía pero aún así estos ladrones dijeron que debían limpiar y cobraron lo que les dio la gana.

They got my whole security deposit back, so worth it in my book!

Left my house spotless. Got all my deposit back. Compared prices to other companies and they were competitive.

They are currently 40 minutes late for our appointment and I have tried to contact them numerous times to no avail.

Update: one hour late, but they showed up and did a great job.

The team did a very good job cleaning my roof, it was by no means an easy job, the roof hadn’t been cleaned in a number of years, is pretty steep, and has wood shingles, so overall a very time consuming and labor intensive job. The roof looks outstanding, I’ve already had several neighbors comment how good it looks. A job well done!

I hired Ronnie from Premium Pressure Washing to come out to a job site I have in San Juan to clean the garage and driveway concrete. He was on time and did an amazing job.
