I needed my roof pressure washed due to an insurance requirement, as they were threatening to cancel my policy if it wasn’t done. After reaching out to several local companies, this one offered the best price. The service was outstanding—he did a thorough soft wash on my roof, explained the entire process, and provided all the documentation I needed for my insurance company. As an added bonus, he even washed my driveway at no extra charge! I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend his services. And he provided a 3 year warranty!

You need this company in your life! They are a fantastic, friendly and beyond professional. Ronnie and his team are completely transforming the environment in downtown santa cruz. Ron Duran owns this business and I’ve never seen a guy more enthusiastic and going the extra mile to do a fantastic job! He cleaned the whole exterior, walls, solar panels, and concrete. I was happy to pay his reasonable charge and add a generous tip.

Just had our windows, window screens and, solar panels cleaned. Every thing came out great. Premium Pressure Washing also check our rain gutters for whatever was in it. They were clean. They also checked for moss on the shingles then cleaned those areas plus the driveway. They did a great job with everything.

Ronny was amazing with his service and communicating with us, he did a pressure wash for our office unit and our next door neighbor restaurant.
