Okay, only after I left below glowing review on Milo’s tree service, I discovered that the main root of the tree had not been removed at all. The workers simply covered the root with a very thick layer of the debris (from side roots that were ground already) so it wasn’t visible to us. I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt that perhaps he didn’t see it, even though he was the one worked on the machine and remained roots are about forearm of a healthy man, so i contacted him to see if he could come and finished the job that we had paid for. No response so far. I will give him a couple more days to respond and will follow up with more updates. Milo is a good talker. Now I’m hoping he will prove himself to be a honest business man.

I would not trust Milo’s Tree Insurance for any sort of service. After their employe rear ended my automobile (and it was caught on camera), they assured me their insurance would cover it but when it came down to it, they still denied the incident.

Real bunch of classic individuals I guess working for this company I've seen them sitting in front of my house to trucks with to chippers for employees for a total of 45 minutes doing absolutely nothing but playing on their cell phones I guess they might as well be playing the milkman they sure are milking the company they work for truck number 394 is one of the trucks

The crews that are working in the Willits area and up in Brooktrails are the best tree service I've seen they really know how to get the job done

Contracted with Edison for mountain area. Completed job in timely manner. Stacked wood out of the way. Cleaned up. Good attitudes. Thanks.

Parked in my private driveway with one truck and blocked off my typical driveway in front of my garage with another truck. They weren’t even working on my house

Called this company 6 days ago.... No response. One if the employees damaged my car. Minor damage, but nonetheless. They need to respond AND PAY FOR THE DAMAGES.

Putting large cracks and destroying the asphalt driveway probably could have been avoided with just a bit little bit better planning. I have called their main office but got no reply I guess my only resource left is to go to court

During the recent storm they removed a huge leaning tree on our property . They worked til 3 am or more during the rain and wind . Thank you for your hard work and removing a huge hazard to our neighborhood.

I've had a lot of different tree services and these guys were the best.. wonderful attitude, cleaned up after the job and it was a delight to know them...so if you need anything please give them a call.. you won't be disappointed...

SMUD contracted Mowbray to trim some of our branches away from their lines. They only cleaned up part of the mess they made and left the rest for us. A big branch of our fruit tree was ruined as well. Would not use this company.

Contracted by Edison to remove a palm tree. Very professional and safety measures were obvious. Clean up was thorough. The crew was very pleasant.

They came out and trimmed trees at sce request but have not been out in the past 3 or 4 weeks to remove all their slash. Called their office 3 or 4 times and never get a person. Left msgs each time. Never a call back. Very unresponsive.

PGE sent them to clear branches for telephone pole wires. They”Butchered” my trees. Topped 3 to 2 feet above fence.....no wires there at all. Extremely bad work! I have put in complaints to PGE. Let’s see if they contact me.

Driver tailgated me for about 10 miles on I-5. I was speeding up to add a gap but the dude kept pushing up on me. Would not do buisness with these unprofessional people

In February 2024 Rick Mowbray trimmed our four trees. They have never been done this well in 48 years.

Mowbray’s came out with SMUD’s Vegetation Management efforts and removed a nuisance Campher. They worked fast and efficiently while maintaining a notable level of professionalism, experience and respect. All of this on a Friday afternoon, too!!!Couldn’t have been a better experience! I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to the Mowbray crew that came out to take care of a huge branch on our powerlines. Crew 512 did an amazing job, were quick, and very professional. Victor and his crew mate did a great job.

Mowbray's crew did an excellent job of trimming the trees along the Edison lines that run through our ranch. They even removed some limbs and debris that were left by a previous tree trimmer. They were very professional.

The picture explains itself.. Driver of truck #889 couldn’t find anywhere & anything else to do with his rope. Great company but unfortunately 1 driver represents this company poorly. Must do better!!!!

Left trash in the middle of road. They were unapproachable, rude and dismissive. Would not reccomend.

UPDATE: They did it again this year! Contacted the supervisor, he came out, apologized, said he would clean up the left behind debris and he actually DID NOT clean it, I had to. The nerve. This is our community, they should respect that.
