We have used Fernando for 6 years to trim our Trees. Elm. Olive, Grape, Avocado, Mulberry, Boxwood and Bougainvillea. His team is quick and priced very good.

I live in San Bernardino’s national forest. Before winter we hired this company to trim TWO branches that were too close to the chimney. We were charged $1500 for this service.

When they arrived they had a large team of men ready to work to cut trees and they did. They cut all around our property without asking.

It seemed dangerous to go outside due to falling branches so I didn’t monitor them the way I wished I had. I trusted he understood the assigned, “cut two branches”. I was asked if they could go on my deck to clear the debris; when I looked out I saw they had trimmed a beloved Red Cedar so horribly it may die. They continued to cut so many trees around the property that we no longer have privacy in our home. They were given clear instructions, but instead did what they wanted out of the guise of “good customer service”. Fernando admitted to my face, while I was furious, that yes we didn’t agree to what he did on my property. I was then gaslighted and lied to about code enforcement, which isn’t the case in a national forest!

What is the most disturbing thing about this situation is that he runs a tree cutting service, yet has very little knowledge of Coniferous Trees. These trees will most likely die and never grow branches again due to how close to the trunk he trimmed. In a few years we only have trunks to look at from our deck because of this.
We cried for days over the destruction of the nature around our home. From this point forward I will only hire companies that understand the forest and aren’t over zealous with a chainsaw.

I'm extremely pleased with the work that these gentlemen did, honestly they went above and beyond they left my trees looking amazing and even did a little extra in my yard. Fernando is a magician with trees. I have a large property in Riverside in which he cut about 40 trees for me last year. This weekend I had a very large eucalyptus they needed to come down and he took it down like he was George Washington and his cherry tree. This tree was hundreds of feet high.
