I have so much to say about this amazing team. They are incredibly professional and went above and beyond to resolve our issue. Our furnace was leaking gas, which was an extremely dangerous and urgent situation. They understood the seriousness of the matter and provided us with the earliest possible repair schedule while offering us the best price. After thoroughly inspecting the situation, they explained the risks and options to us. For safety reasons, we decided to replace one of the furnaces, as it was very old, and repair the other one.
Throughout the process, their dedication and professionalism stood out. They worked tirelessly from 9 AM until after 5 PM, patiently answering all our questions and actively communicating with us whenever challenges arose. Even when the repair took longer than expected, they stayed late, determined to resolve the issue. By the time they finished, it was nearly 6 PM, but they still patiently waited for us to retest everything to ensure it was completely safe and functional.
Every time I called their company, someone promptly responded, which gave me great peace of mind. Daniel, who worked directly with me, was honest, responsible, and incredibly thorough. Even when he was busy, he answered my calls and made sure to reply to my messages as soon as possible. When I asked for estimated arrival times, their team always replied within five minutes and showed up right on time.
This company has truly earned my trust and appreciation. I highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely work with them again in the future if the need arises.
