Ally at CPS was extremely helpful in setting up my contract. The great service she provides is actually "real" customer service, like the good old days when companies valued their customers! I can't say enough, I'm very appreciative of her help.

Alee was very informative and really knew the answers and knew how to explain each procedure and/or service that was needed and available. This was the first time that I was able to understand how the system works.

She was also extremely friendly and more than happy to repeat something if I didn't understand.

All in all, Alee is the perfect person working in dispatch who was able to make a very anxious and uninformed homeowner more comfortable and secure knowing that I chose the right company to solve my plumbing needs.

Get ready for this! Alee, my customer service agent with California pumping, was MOST EXCELLENT! The absolute best customer service I have received in years and I have worked with many different companies being that I'm a real estate agent. She was kind, she was respectful, and she was thorough and extremely patient. I asked a ton of questions, and again, she was so incredibly patient. This company truly goes above and beyond for their clients. They are all inclusive, and the price and timing for what we needed was on point. I spoke with Alli and she was great about helping me out. She secured the truck size that was needed, referred to the last service invoice for this location so she knew exactly what was needed for the job and she made sure I understood there was going to be a very slight price difference from the last time as there was a recent rate increase, which I really appreciated. She broke down the pricing in detail so I understood the total to be charged and was able to schedule at the time I needed. She was very friendly and accommodating and it was definitely a pleasure speaking with her. She did a great job!

Samuel did a great job emptying our septic tank. He was nice and informative, while being quick and efficient on the job. Thank you.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Ruben broke my lid when he uncovered my tank for cleaning on April 9, 2019. He offered to repair it for $75. The company refused to do anything about it, the secretary is rude and told me I am liable, not the driver, and the manager never called me back even though I asked. This is completely unethical and unprofessional! We have used them many times in the past but NEVER again. What has happened to this business? It used to be I pay for a service and they completed the job right. Today, I paid for a service and they left me with a broken lid I now have to replace.
Thanks, CPS, now I have to pay several hundred dollars to have your error fixed.
I know many homeowners with septic tanks in my neighborhood and realtors in the Redlands/San Bernardino area and will notify them all to avoid CPS at all costs. Terrible and costly: do not use this company! The BBB will be contacted about this issue.

I had an excellent experience with this company today. It was a same day service call and the work was not only done well, when the hydrojet on the truck wasn't working, he went back to the office and got a different truck to complete the job. I can't speak more highly. The services performed were pumping out the septic tank and hydrojetting the gunk. Thankful to be able to use our plumbing again!

Alee was great scheduling the pumping of my septic tank and offered 2 available appointment windows the same week. She arranged for a smaller truck for the narrow one-lane mountain roads and at my request made me the first appointment of the day with an empty truck (as there is a bridge that needs to be crossed). I have used CA pumping before and they have always been very helpful. Scheduling was great, I will post regarding the pumping service but I imagine it will go smoothly as usual. Thank you Alee.

I found this company online. I’m so glad I did. They were honest, helpful and did the work as promised. The team of 3 that worked at my home were outstanding, professional and pleasant to be around. As a sole home owner, I was very skeptical but Miguel was so helpful every single step of the way. Every call and text received a response. I’m grateful to have found them!

Make sure if anyone calls CPS for pumping to ask for and have SANTIAGO be the person to do the pumping. I called CPS earlier this year to empty a tank. A short guy with Prada shades showed up, pumped one part of my septic tank, and left. Yesterday, the water in my home was not going down; the plumber told me that the septic tank was full. I called CPS to see if they could resend someone out since the short guy with Prada shades claimed it was empty and confirmed the tank had no water. They said yes but charged me again. Given I had no choice, I agreed. They sent someone out, a gentleman by the name of SANTIAGO, who did his job of showing me the different parts of the septic tank and where it needed to be emptied. If you go with CPS, I recommend you ask for SANTIAGO. Don't let them send anyone!!!! They don't care if the jobs are done right!!!!! For the owner or manager of CPS, I would recommend that you at least consider giving a more significant discount to the customers who call you guys back asking for the job to be redone because of lazy workers you guys have and not just give them the "$10 customer discount" on a $310 job. I'll be sure to submit a complaint about this issue to the California State Water Resource Control Board and the California Department of Insurance.

Thank you for the response.
1. I’m unfamiliar with or know anything about septic tanks; your organization should consider educating customers on how septic tanks work, especially the drivers.
2. Your driver didn’t inform me nor did he suggest at the moment any dug-up. If he had taken the time, like Santiago did, to explain the dug-up and showed me what needed to be done, then I would’ve agreed to pay extra.
3. If your first driver would’ve explained how the septic tanks fill up after the first few weeks, I would’ve been okay with the fees your businesses is charging.
