Nice, friendly service, cleaned up afterwards (used leaf blower to 'sweep debris'). Great value! Be flexible with time, not an on-time start but I had changed to earlier start a few days prior, finished within an hr change -- all was great!

I recently had Oscar's Gutters & Downspouts replace my downspouts, and I couldn't be more satisfied. His team not only did a fantastic job with the replacement but also worked seamlessly with the San Francisco city inspector to ensure it met all the city's requirements. Exceptional service and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Oscar and Heinz came out quickly to help me relocate a downspout on my gutter system. Not a huge job, but Oscar treated the job and me like it was his only priority. Very friendly, professional and fairly priced. Fantastic local business, fantastic people. Highly recommended!

This is my opinion only and although the service was great I would like to note about the estimate process. I was shown and not given a written estimate and some parts wasn't legible plus this paper estimate wasn't given to me till after the work was done. Most other companies will give you a online or paper estimate for you to keep and a final estimate with total price of what they did and labor. Need to write the estimate more legible or give customers estimates online. There was a miscommunication on last service where I wanted to replace my gutters all around Oscar said my gutters were still good and I told him there was some leaks at parts of the gutter. I thought I paid $300 to fix the leaks and remove my leaf filter since we don't have any trees around our property. Then I found out they removed the leaf filter and only flushed the gutter for the price. Now, for sealing the leaks and repairing a gutter that's too low from eave will be $580.
Make sure you and the person giving the estimate are clear what you want done for the price you are paying before accepting the work to be done.

Excellent service from start to finish. Cleaned the gutters on our two-story home and repaired an issue we were having, all on short notice. It was lightly raining andstill showed up and fixed everything, which we really appreciated. Quality work and great responsiveness. Would definitely use again.

Just had my roof cleaned by Tamer and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Living in Pacifica, our roofs take a beating from all the salt air and fog. Mine was looking pretty rough with a lot of moss type stuff, but now it looks amazing!

Tamer clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He used this method called "softwash" that's supposedly gentler on roofs than regular pressure washing. The before and after difference is night and day - I didn't realize how bad it was until I saw the before and after pictures Tamer showed me!

Tamer was great to work with. He knew a ton about different roof types and cleaning methods, and you could tell he really cares about doing a good job. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me some pictures of other roofs he's done.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Tamer was on time, respectful of our property, and left everything spotless. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were still happy with the results.

I'm really glad I decided to get this done. Our house looks so much better now, and I feel like I'm taking better care of it too.

My property was recently vandalized with paint on porous concrete. I selected TLM pressure washing (after receiving a strong recommendation) to remove the graffiti and to clean the adjacent area (see photo). Professional, reliable, promptness, very reasonably priced, attention to detail, and cleaned worksite when job completed, are only a few words to describe how pleased I was with their work.
Needless to say, TLM has my highest recommendation.

TLM did a fantastic job on my flagstone. They brought out the original color from when I had it installed 25 years ago. On time, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their service if you need your stone patio pressure washed.

Nice young man. But did not examine the concrete carefully. Rust in concrete stained spreading
chlorine solution after washing.
Large brown stains when wet. . Quoted $500, acid treatment to correct issue. Note my median name used for Google acct. This is in response to the most recent posting of the owner. Not sure where 10 years came from. My son power washed 3 years ago.. We call this company, mainly because drain out side property, patio backs up and floods a large part area every winter. The rust area was not part of flooded area. Please, take responsibility for your actions. P

Hired Tamer for some pressure washing for my driveway and he did an amazing job! He arrived on time and was a very professional. He even went above and beyond and trimmed my grass for me! Highly recommend Tamer for any pressure washing related job.

We’ve been battling an ant problem inside the house and couldn’t figure out the source. Turns out, all the debris and grime on our roof may have been part of the issue. 😅

The before-and-after pics are disgustingly satisfying — and I swear, we’ve already noticed fewer ants!
