Nothing but high praise for TLM. Not only is Tamer incredibly personable and professional but he delivered big time with a multi-step process that got rid of all of the mildew and algae. No more black streaks on the stucco siding! And the windows look great too. I highly recommend TLM and would not hesitate to work with Tamer again.

Tamer’s team was great. They did a thorough job on roof cleaning and sent before and after photos the next day. Price is also very reasonable so I had his team perform another roof cleaning on my own residence. 5 star service well deserved!!!

I reached out to TLM randomly from google for roof cleaning service due to home owner insurance cancellation issue, I also decided to clean the whole exterior and surrounding pavement of the house. He did an excellent job as you can see in the before and after pictures, this is a must service everyone should get and he is right person for the job if you want to get it done right. TLM Pressure Washing transformed the perimeter of my house from weathered to pristine. Gutters were cleaned and debris was removed. The job performed was excellent and as important, the communication was timely and professional. I recommend this company.

I had booked Tamer for light pressure washing. When Tamer showed up on service date, he recommended cleaning the concrete around all four sides of our home and including driveway area. He did a great job with the concrete cleaning. The pressure washing was good, but not thorough. We had to clean minor residual dirt on exterior sides close to the earth. We also had to buy an additional bag of rocks to cover residual mud on new landscaping. We appreciated Tamer’s hard work and efforts. Would we recommend Tamer to others? Yes.

Tamer pressure washed two other houses in our neighborhood and based on the quality of work we had him clean our house, sidewalk, and patio. He explained his process, what to expect, and how long it would take. He was on time and did a wonderful job with everything looking much better.

"I cannot recommend Tammer at TLM Power Washing highly enough. We hired him to clean our carwash tunnel at 1199 El Camino Real, and the results were nothing short of miraculous. To be honest, the tunnel looks brand new.

Tammer was able to cut through 'ancient' dirt and layers of grime that other so-called professionals couldn't even touch. We truly thought many of the marks were permanent stains, but Tammer proved us wrong. He even managed to eradicate stubborn rust stains that had been building up on the walls for years.

His attention to detail is unmatched. He is incredibly conscientious, cleaning every single crevice of a tunnel that was filled with exhaust buildup, oil sludge, and years of wear. He didn't stop at the walls, either—he completely reconditioned our concrete floors.

Tamer took the time to come back and cleared the gutters that accumulated the dirt, which was screwed in that’s why he was not cleared the 1st time he did the work on the roof. He did an excellent job on my concrete which had very thick algae, roof also got cleared of that too, now you can see the true color of the shingles. Thank you so much Tamer!
