I highly recommend Tavor Plumbing in San Bruno. We live in Daly City
and our water drains were badly clogged. Rick-Zorislav Tseyref- was
able to immediately determine where the problem was located and
cleared the drain pipes. He was very professional and efficient. He did

Rick was quite pleasant as he dispatched the clog in my kitchen sink drain. He took time to review the layout of, and test, the drain system to determine the location of the pesky clog. After sending it on its way, he gave me a clear understanding of the cause, which involved a fundamental flaw in the installation, and ways to avoid the problem going forward. Zorislav solved the plumbing / dishwasher situation in 10 minutes! I have had THREE visits from other plumbers and no one could figure it out! He was on time, professional, friendly and most important of all knowledgeable about plumbing! Thank you.

Zorislav was excellent! Our shower had an issue with the hot water control and was found to have a part that had worn out due to age. A relatively simple job... however, the part in question was from a high-end manufacturer and not exactly easy to locate. Zorislav traveled to 5 different parts distributors on the peninsula to track the part down, and was able to install it easily. Highly recommended!

Zorislav is a true expert. When he came over this morning to fix a slow sink, I remembered him from a more complex job 2 years ago, in which he diagnosed and fixed a problem that 2 other plumbers couldn't solve. More striking, given the disparity in the number of plumbing jobs we've each seen in the intervening years (a few for me, hundreds for him), was that he also remembered.

I work in a trade myself and have come to recognize this as one indication of mastery. Others include meticulousness, noting the expected and unexpected features of a case, and succinct explanations matched to the understanding of his interlocutor.

Today's was a simple job, but I would seek out Zorislav/Tavor for a complex one.

Rick was great. He showed up at the agreed upon time, he was thorough and efficient with a pleasant demeanor. Plus he took the time to patiently explain the issue (which he remedied) with the water heater. I highly recommend Tavor Plumbing.

I had a tankless water heater installed in 2016 and the plumber used Shark Bite fittings and plastic pipe that eventually developed a leak at one of the fittings. I had two other plumbers give estimates on replacing the piping and fittings with copper and both were much higher than Rick's quote. Rick showed up and did the job professionally and quickly. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others with plumbing issues.

Our water heater broke down on a Sunday and Rick from Tavor Plumbing came the same day and promised me a new water heater the next day and he was right. Early on Monday he came and installed a new water heater. He did a great job and definitely came trough for us. I can certainly recommend Tavor Plumbing!

Have had Rick from Tavor Plumbing come to our place twice recently for plumbing problems. First plumbing issue was for a loud high pitched noise after flushing (tip: check the water inline valve first - easy fix, and Rick was kind enough not to make fun of me). Second time was to help connect a new sink to an old/rusty water outflow pipe and replace a running toilet (tip: check the flapper is sitting flush inside the toilet tank). Both times, Rick was very punctual, friendly, and walked me through what he was doing so I could learn how to fix some basic things myself next time. Will call Rick again!

Rick installed a new water heater to replace our rusty unit thru our insurance company. He was great at communicating throughout the claim process and did a very tidy install of our new water heater to code. Highly recommend. Plus, he's funny so killing the time with him will be fun.

Zorislav was amazing and yes he is the expert. We already got 3 things fixed from Zorislav, one was the bathroom leak / one was the toilet not flushing and then the washer/dryer line water issues. He was on time, super easy to communicate, provided heads-up and estimated arrivals, explained the issue easily and was able to fix them within like an hour or two. I would highly recommend him!

Rick is a very pleasant and kind technician! I enjoyed chatting with him during his visit and he installed a new faucet very quickly and for much cheaper than other quotes I got.

Our home warranty company sent Tavor Plumbing out to take a look at a loud, persistent humming sound in our pipes. Zorislav arrived and within 10 minutes, diagnosed and fixed a problem two other plumbers weren't able to identify. He was friendly, clean, and highly efficient. I would hire Zorislav again without hesitation.

Tavor Plumbing was excellent - I highly recommend their services. They were professional, timely, and helpful to work with. We had had a pretty terrible experience with the previous plumbers we'd had to deal with (who didn't fix our broken toilet for us despite working with them for nearly two weeks), but Zorislav from Tavor scheduled our appointment, came by on time, and handled the whole situation from diagnosing to replacing the toilet within a two hour time period. He was friendly, kept his mask on, and got everything done quickly and cleanly. I can't recommend Tavor highly enough!
