Santos was wonderful. No hot water at 7am, hot water by noon! He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything to us.

I've had Atlas Plumbing & Rooter work on several plumbing issues, and they do a great job every time!

They've replaced a damaged clay sewer lateral with a new PVC pipe. Repaired a stalled garbage disposal unit and fixed an issue with bathroom where the shower water wasn't getting as hot as the sink in the same bathroom.

They respond very quickly and do a wonderful job!

I had a toilet that needed installation. The price was the same as other bids I received. The other plumber agencies were also very good with professionalism. However, Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was the only plumber that when giving an estimate came within a very quick time and short wait time One of the other companies plumber missed the date and I had to reschedule. The two companies I waited few days the other a 4 hour window. Atlas Plumbing & Rooter short window and on time.Which was helpful. Second, Vladimir Alvarez was so trustworthy and honest. I really appreciated him.
He stated he could install the toilet based on my problem described right away. I did not have to reschedule for another appointment like other companies. He recommended a better toilet but alas I already bought one and had it ready. Now when he was installing the new toilet he noted that defect in the porcelain of the bowel. Now the price did go up for plumbers rate for his time which is fair. But I only have one toilet and needed his service now with no toilet. But he went with me to the store and helped me open the new box in the store and waited while I paid. I could not stay now with him since I needed to go to work. I felt so confidant and trusting in Vladimir that I left my house. When I arrived home after work the toilet job complete and the bathroom clean. Yes, based on this simple project and positive results I would endorse Atlas Plumbing & Rooter.

Took advantage of Automatic Garage Door's garage tune up special. Marco was the service technician and he did a great job with an inspection and lubricating all movable parts of the door. He also changed out the garage door rollers. My garage door now operates smoothly and quietly! Great job Marco.

We had an excellent, positive experience with Atlas Plumbing to have our 100+ year old sewer line (Terra cotta pipe!) that runs under our neighbor’s house replaced. Our job was unique and complicated. Joel and his team at Atlas Plumbing showed us nothing but professionalism and patience as we (new homeowners) navigated the easement process and dealing with city processes like working with SF’s department of building inspection. We are very happy we chose Atlas to replace our sewer!

Had a leaking Water Heater. Very professional and informative company. They also replaced a faulty main shut off valve. Took extra time to explain the entire process. Jose (installation technician) was patient and professional.

In the shady world of the plumbing industry, Atlas is a company you can trust to do quality work at a reasonable price. Last year they replaced my main sewer line last year and today had them out to clear a shower drain. They did an excellent job on both and their employees couldn't be any friendlier. Highly recommended!

Great service. When I call they said someone could come out between 1-2 and I said fine. They called back later and could send someone out between 10:30-11;30. He showed up 15 minutes later. Needed a new toilet. Great job installing one. Have used Atlas Plumbing before and have been very satisfied. I wish I could remember the person’s name who did the work. He was great.

This is the second time I’ve used Atlas Plumbing and Rooter. This Diamond Certified company does an excellent job of fixing plumbing problems. I had a bath tub drain leakage that was dripping water into the garage. I called Atlas Plumbing and Rooter to assess the problem. They found the problem to be an old tub drain fixture. They provided me with an estimate the same day. I approved the estimate and work commenced of a selected date. Work was done in accordance with the estimate. I was very happy with their work and materials used to correct the leakage problem.

Nick quickly cleared our slow drain. Then, quickly fixed a problem with our bathroom basin. We did not get any other estimates, so we do not know if Atlas' bill was competitive. But, we are satisfied so far with the quality of work.

We called Atlas for a plugged kitchen sink. Kevin came out and worked on the sink for over 2 hours, not giving up and had success at last. They were responsive within a couple hours of the call and did a fantastic job.

Called oh Sunday when they were closed and they called me back first thing Monday morning and made an appointment for the same day. Arrived on time gave estimate and said they would do work that same day but after checking with office said they would do it the following day. Arrived net morning and completed work by noon. Quality work done well and completed everything I needed and cleaned up after completely. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I need further plumbing service.

We had a leak late Sunday night because a hose which broke from our dishwasher. Contacted Atlas early Monday morning. They got back to us promptly and had two technicians out fairly quickly. Nelson and Carlos were great. Found the problem immediately and fixed it as well helping fix another problem with the dishwasher. We will now consider Atlas plumbing our go to company for any plumbing issues.

Atlas was amazing! They were very professional all the way through the project, which entailed replacing 20 feet of old clay pipes. The employees who did the job were so hard working, polite, and knowledgeable. I have already shared their contact information with my neighbors!

Technician spent an hour at my house. He unclogged a dishwasher hose, snaked a sink, and replaced a part in my toilet. Three simple jobs that took him about an hour. Before the job he quoted me $895 which I told him was too expensive. He said okay, $795. Said ok as I didn't know what the jobs would entail. After he left I called the office to tell them I thought $795 was excessive for three simple jobs that took an hour. They said they don't charge by the hour, but by the task and I had three tasks. They did agree to refund me $100, but I will never call them again. Tech did a good job and everything is fixed. Just not paying those prices again.
