Nick was super responsive and accessible when connecting with him. He arrived promptly for the appointment. He was able to remove our old osmosis system and install a new one. Job was exceptionally well done. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience. I called about a leak late on a Tuesday and they got me an appointment the very next day. Andrew called to see if he could come a few minutes before our appointment time and was wonderful. The leak was in an odd place and he was diligent about finding the cause. He was inquisitive about all the systems and layout of the house. He genuinely cared about resolving the issue for us. He figured it out, provided us with an estimate and took care of the problem. We are extremely happy we called the Passionate Plumber!

Wow! Where to start? Was actually fortunate enough that my tenants called PP on their own accord. Typically I’d walk into the scenario suspiciously but after meeting and being advised of the situation. I was throughly impressed with the honesty, efficiency and response to the problem. Exceptional service from my call with Sienna to one of the fastest installs of a water heater thanks to teamwork of Jay, Robbie and Andrew. Rather than pack it up for the weekend Friday mid PM they worked so that my wife and I could have hot water for the weekend. They forgot to apply senior discount, and offered to send a check Friday afternoon to correct oversight. Fair competitive and easy to work with

First time using Passionate Plumber, and my first assessment is they are amazing! I called to make an appointment, and Sierra was very courteous and attentive. We scheduled a visit at 2 today, then she called and asked if the could come at noon instead. Awesome! The plumbers name is Jay, and he was very thorough, and communicated what he was seeing throughout the issue. At the end he gave me a doable plan to resolve my leak in the most efficient manner possible, working with my schedule. I’ve utilized several local plumbers, and in my opinion, this is the best organization I’ve had by far!!! If five stars is the top, I give them ten stars! Thank you so much for you help and support.

Right on time, excellent repair and service technician very professional and engaging.

Way too expensive. My wife had used them before and was very happy which is the reason I chose them. I had a leak in an elbow glue joint in the attic that I had already located. I could have fixed it myself for less than $10. The reason I had them do it was to find the root cause of why there is water in a vent line to begin with. I realize that an answer to my question would only be based on the plumbers experience and would only be a list of possible causes and very little chance of an actual cause. That was exactly the case and all the reasons that I already knew was told to me again which is not a problem. The problem is that I ended up paying $300 for 40 minutes of his time. I am an engineering manager and I don't charge anywhere close to that for one of my engineers.

Andrew showed up on time and was extremely helpful and friendly. He unclogged our shower drain and left us with a few tips:
- Don't use Draino, use vinegar and baking soda.
- Put drain-wigs in the shower
I will recommend the Passionate to others. They are great!

If you want an honest plumber this is the company to call. The exterior wall behind our kitchen sink was flooding every time we used the sink. Long story short, they cleared the line which stopped the leak. The line will probably still need repair but with the line cleared it is fully functional. We told them we plan on remodeling the kitchen very soon. They suggested waiting until we remodel so they could make any permanent repairs at that time from the inside instead of breaking stucco. On many repairs there are multiple ways of remedying the problem. Passionate Plumber will give you an honest assessment. Highly recommended Garrett and Passionate Plumbers.
