They actually repaired something and another plumber, dead incorrectly, and did a great job and their service was great

I highly recommend the passionate plumber. They were responsive, honest, and fair. They found and fixed the leak. They advised me in the purchase of my toilets, addressed my mold and told me how to deal with it, and then they dealt with it and they were great. I will use them in the future for my plumbing issues.

This may sound like hyperbole but I actually enjoy having the team at Passionate Plumber come out. While plumbing issues are frustrating and very impactful the Passionate Plumber team are always incredibly professional, prompt, courteous and communicate well along the way. Two times I’ve called for leaks of varying degrees on a Sunday and both times the issue was fully addressed on the Monday. Another two times same day service. They are also very fairly priced - not a low cost provider but the quality is there and I never thought I was being gouged. I recommended them to 3 friends all who have had similar positive experiences.

Robbie diagnosed the location of the plumbing leak which a previous plumber was unable to do. The repair was done efficiently and with a 2-year warranty. The service was friendly and professional from the first phone call to the end of the service.

I can’t say enough about this company. We called the first number we could find after one side of our home started backing up with water. Full sinks, stuck toilets, and an overflowing washing machine drain. We were told we were looking at a lot of money in repairs due to failed cast iron plumbing under our home. After a quick search on Yelp we came across The Passionate Plumber and called them for a second opinion. Andrew showed up to assess our problem and quickly discovered that our issue had nothing to do with failed plumbing and everything to do with a poor design of our system due to numerous remodels throughout the years. Andrew and team quickly identified the modifications needed to correct the flawed design. It was implemented the next day, by a professional team, at a fraction of the cost that the original company proposed (That would not have even resolved our problem!). I’m grateful for The Passionate Plumber team and would highly recommend them to any customer.
