We were incredibly pleased with Danny and all of the crew (Eduardo, James, Anthony, Jay, Carlos and Sean as well for bringing us boxes) working here. I already sent a letter of appreciation to your organization via US mail and handed one to Tyrone (supervisor) as well as Danny directly. Tyrone was also very professional and is also appreciated. The crew was not only efficient, but left our home clean every day they were here. We are very much appreciate everything that was done. Thank you for making this process a lot easier.

Danny and his crew were fantastic. They were super responsive, very communicative, always on-time and quick in their work. Despite a fairly frustrating problem, their calm professionalism and ability to answer all my questions gave me a ton of confidence in what was going on, and helped me interact better with the other contractors involved and with my insurance adjuster.

If you need their services - these are the people to call. I highly recommend them.

Danny and his team did a very good job and despite of all my questions and apprehensions he was able to answer all our questions.

He was very professional, and what he told me and described where exactly what they did sometimes companies try to overstay what they’re going to do to impress you, Junior, and his crew did exactly what they told me they were going to do. Highly recommend!!! I’m so thankful to be working with PuroClean! I had a leak from the sink that went into the walls—right before the 4th of July—and couldn’t get many answers from my homeowners insurance.

Danny Ayala went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He answered all my (many!) questions, coordinated with multiple parties, and made a stressful situation feel manageable.

I had several questions about air duct cleaning, and Lisa was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped me schedule my appointment with Sky Clean Air and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Her customer service is top-notch!

Do not hire these crooks under any circumstances. They did so much damage to my townhouse that the repairs estimate more than doubled after they were done butchering my place. They completely destroyed my lower cabinet in the kitchen and their response was ‘oh don’t worry your insurance will pay for replacement. They also broke one of my ceiling light fixture and tried to make it go away by offering me a $50 gift card to Home Depot. My contractor was horrified when he saw what they did. A month later I got a call from them saying I owe them $4400. They send me final report that had pictures and floor plans from someone else’s house and line items for work they did not do at my property with inflated square footages and quantities. After several back and forth with them I still had a report with wrong information on it but I settled with them at $3600 which I had to pay out of pocket since I maxed out my insurance limit. Needless to say I filed a complaint with the contractors state license board. If I could give them minus stars I would.

Daniel and Sean were communicative and easy to work with. They respected my home and were thorough in their assessment (before and after work was done).

First of all I would like to think Sean , Tyrone and Danny for outstanding job they went over and above they work ethics to explain everything to the customer very professional knowledgeable and they communicate to the customer from step one to the end for you can understand what’s going on with the work project at your home I appreciate their service I recommend them very highly for their work service to the public it very hard to find companies that take time out to explain to the customer to make things easier for them doing the work process of water damage etc. PS I would like to say we need more customer service like this company provides to the public it is a better world because of them. At our first visit Junior explained what the steps are. Everyday he called me, told me what the progress was and what will be done. He is very friendly, and he was very nice to his team as well. Highly recommend their services.

I cannot recommend this service enough. Tyrone, Danny, and Jean were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process - from getting the quote to the mitigation work itself.

The team always called 30 minutes in advance before arriving and always willing to work with my work schedule.

In terms of the mitigation work, they did a phenomenal job insulating the space and cleaning up.

The team demonstrated an incredible respect for my home while performing the work that means a lot.

10/10 recommend for mitigation services. Don't bother shopping around, seriously. Use this group, you will not regret it.
