If I could give six stars, I would. Danny and the entire crew were fantastic! Communication was excellent, they were very thorough, fast, always on time, and extraordinarily conscientious. Flood damage is never fun, but Danny and the crew made it as painless as possible. Will absolutely recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to go through something like this. Thank you all very much!

Eduardo and James did a really good job with the moisture and mold inspection. I was kept informed all the time with the job progress. I am very happy with the quality of their work.

From the first call to the main office the staff were friendly and easy to work with. The team they sent out was on time, communicative and knowledgeable. They worked clean and in a timely manner. Daniel and the rest of the team did a great job.

We had the most WONDERFUL crew. Junior was our lead guy. Eduardo, Taylor, Christian, Sean and a few others (sorry, Guys, I don’t remember your names) we’re all EXCELLENT, sweet, informative, kind, etc. We can’t tell you have MUCH we appreciate all they did for us with the 3 week long mitigation. It was a lot of water. We ended up having 2 floods in the same area, 2 weeks apart—different sources.

These guys took wonderful care of us, cleaned up after themselves, made us feel back at home, and ready to continue with getting everything back to normal.

Tyrone, Junior and Christian and a few other guys were involved in the water damage mitigation team that helped when my neighbors pipe burst and came into my town home. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and reliable! I would recommend them above any other similar service provider! This happened to me 4 years ago and while the other team got the job done, they were not as great to work with as puro clean of Clairemont!

Junior, Noel, and Sean were tremendous! Great work ethic, personal, professional and punctual. They always explained in detail what the scope of work was for the day. The were neat, efficient and organized. Junior always returned texts and calls and always gave us a heads-up on arrival times. Absolute pros! We had a great experience with PuroClean! We had a flood in our upstairs that leaked into our downstairs bathroom and garage. It was a huge mess. Sean, Junior, and Christian (I hope I got his name right) were so professional, courteous, and responsive. They helped us so much through this difficult time. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and came back twice after the main job was over to move some items and add some temporary carpeting to make it a little more comfortable. I do not wish a flood on anyone, but if you have water damage, this is the company to call to get through a tough time. Awesome customer service and incredibly caring people who understand what you are going through!

There are no words to describe how grateful we are for PuroClean’s high level of service and integrity when we had a roof leak. Christian, our Lead, went above and beyond. He is truly an asset; always respectful of our time and our home. I wish I remembered the name of his crew, but they were courteous and professional at all times.

The owner, Tyrone, even came on a holiday when I found more water had seeped in after a storm and didn’t even charge us for it. Who does that!?

We had a great experience with this company and its staff. Danny Ayala, the lead technician was very professional in answering our questions and concerns. He was also respectful in wearing glove boots to protect our carpet while working in our home. The whole process was done fast and very clean as they taped off the area with tarp that needed work done. I’m very pleased and would 100% recommend.

These guys were prompt from the first minute I put in the insurance claim and once my insurance adjuster made his recommendation they showed up right away and handled everything.
