For bathroom renovation these guys were pros from start to finish. Tiled the floors with porcelain that looks elegant.
Installed a walk in shower with glass doors. Vanity cabinets hold all my stuff neatly. Lighting fixtures brighten everything up.
Heated floors keep toes warm in winter. I relax in here like a spa daily.

I recently purchased a generator from your online store with my Home Depot consumer credit card on 3/17 for pickup at your Genesee store located in San Diego, CA. A couple of days later I realized that the power that the generator is rated for would not be enough for the job I needed it for. Unfortunately, due to the COVID outbreak, I was afraid to return it to the store and followed the stay at home protocol ordered for California. I was hoping to return it to the store once our COVID numbers in San Diego were starting to go down and the stay at home order was lifted. I called the store and was told that they were extending their return policy because of COVID which was very nice to hear! Now that things are starting to open back up in San Diego and I feel more comfortable to go out in public while keeping social distancing and wearing a mask, I took the generator back into the store for a return and for the money to go back into my Home Depot credit card on 6/23. Mind you, I was laid off from my job because of COVID and don’t have the money to pay for a generator that will not be sufficient for the job I bought it for. While entering the store, I was delighted to see a sign that said that they were extending the return policy to 180 days. I went to the customer service desk and I spoke with the assistant store manager Grecia and told her my situation and why I wasn’t able to return the generator back to the store because of COVID concerns. With no understanding or empathy for my situation, she informed me that the extended return period did not apply to me because I was trying to return a generator and the return window was still only 30 days. The generator was NEVER opened. The box was never opened. It was still sealed from the factory and still is. With no empathy she told me “too bad”. During this time, another employee had taken the generator into the back and had already checked it in for a return. They couldn’t find the generator and I was stuck standing at customer service for over an hour waiting for them to find it so that I could take it back and take it home. During my time waiting, I asked how long it would take and she replied “it will take as long as it takes” with a nasty attitude. They finally found the generator and I took it and left after standing there for over an hour. I am very upset about this terrible customer service. This is no way to treat a loyal customer of Home Depot during this COVID crisis. Can you please tell me what you can do to resolve this issue?

This is probably the worst home depot I have ever seen! When I was about to come out of the loading zone with a load of goods, I found that the passage was closed. I asked the guy wearing home depot clothes if he could open the lock and let me pass. He actually pretended not to hear me and ignored me. I had to go around in a circle. You will know how desperate you are when you push hundreds of pounds of goods!

Everyone is extremely nice and our entire family loved Larry and Jenny. The work was done professionally and we are very happy with our kitchen and bathroom.

I contacted them to convert my bath tub to a walkin shower. I initially met with Hang and she clearly knows what needs to be done and has explained what to expect and all. They really finished the work on time with no hazzels of follow ups and infact Zeng always gave me heads up on what's next. They were very accomodative with the changes made while the work is being done. The contractors did an excellent work with no issues and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Panda floors for any remodeling.

Awesome contractors. Would definitely recommend them. Larry is so nice to work with. Recently used them for new kitchen cabinets , kitchen quartz countertops, tile flooring, dry wall repair, painting etc. Excellent work done in a very short time. Their quote was really competitive. We also got kitchen sink, Cabinet handles etc from them. They have everything starting from tile, wood, laminate, cabinets etc. Quality work. Larry takes personal care.

I have a 35 years old house which definitely needs kitchen and bathroom renovations with budget.

In mid July 2023, I contacted Panda Floors. The next day Larry came to my house to discuss my wants and needs. During that first conversation, Larry showed his politeness and knowledgeable profession. He did an excellent and clear measurement note page of my kitchen and bathrooms. We both happily discovered we knew a common friend who is my friend for 54 years, also is his very good customer. I knew right away I was in good hands.

The following things were making some adjustments of the estimates for kitchen and bathrooms. I did some changes about the cabinets, island size and quartz countertop, after I went to their showroom for selections. Larry was very patient with me.

I spent a week looking for vanity’s mirrors , light fixtures as well as a new dishwasher. On August 9, 2023, the whole renovation started in the kitchen, then in 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 half bathroom downstairs. All in all the project was done in just 11 days as Larry promised it would be and it looks beautiful!

Larry, the Panda Floors manager, was very pleasant, present and quick to respond to any questions, or issues I had during the whole renovation process. His crews also did an excellent job in their specialties. By the way, Jenny, Larry’s office assistant, monitors all details, like faucets, cabinet handles and knobs, and notifications of who’s next distributed worker etc. The communication and heads up on what’s next was very crucial in making everything run smoothly.
