Jenny, Chen, and Larry made the process to get started swiftly very smooth. We had them redo our kitchen, and tile throughout the home. They did an amazing job and quickly. They were very helpful and the people who did the labor were skilled and friendly. We appreciate what they did in a short time frame to make our home feel whole.

Larry came to our home and took measurements for our new cabinets and he seemed on top of things to start. Things went sideways when the measurements were off and we had to make additional cuts in order to have everything fit properly. We also had to purchase a new refrigerator because the measurements were off 1/4 inch and our existing refrigerator would not fit back into the existing space. Larry and Panda tried to blame our contractor when items were left off of the order. We also went to their showroom to pick out new countertops and we felt that since we discussed these in detail for approximately 45 minutes and they were tagged for us they would be the correct ones. The contract showed just white cabinets but Larry said that was just a filler like their diagram and he had the correct countertops written down. They completely forgot about our conversation and our contractor picked up the solid white countertops that were initially listed on the order. Larry refused to take any ownership of these mistakes. Han asked if we could drive down there by 10:00ish today to review everything with Larry (initial appointment time was 11:00am) again so we adjusted our schedules to make his time work but he was late anyway and we moved our schedules around for nothing. We went to another countertop store and ordered new ones but we will not purchase again from Panda when they treated us so poorly the first time. This other company, as a policy, has you initial the countertop color on the contract which was a breath of fresh air. Buyer beware if you are dealing with Panda.

Based on your reply, you are now open to finding a reasonable solution or compromise to this total lack of communication. This is a change to what you told us prior. If you are serious about coming up with a solution, you have my contact information. Due to government shutdown, we are not able to make a claim on your bond number. If this can be avoided that would be preferable.

Larry and his team were professional and did a great job on our backyard demolition and remodel. They completed the project on time, even working through the Thanksgiving break. Communication was clear, pricing and change orders were itemized and transparent, and overall we had a positive experience working with him and his crew.

WOW! Panda Floor made our kitchen and floor look absolutely stunning! Our new home needed some serious work. Larry and Jenny were very responsive and supported us throughout the entire process. They are kind, genuine, and caring human-beings. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the final product surpassed our expectations. I got my 2 bath shower doors installed by panda flooring. Matte black and brush gold colors frames matched perfectly with other appliances.. very customer centric support. Han was assisting us through out the process. She is amazing and perfect. Very supportive of our requests and keep customer preferences at high priority. Shower doors at quality looks very good and installation service was awesome. I don’t think you find better place for home remodel in San Diego. We've owned multiple homes over the years and used many contractors...Larry, Han and the crews remodeling our kitchen were the best by far. the price was fair, completely broken down by scope and materials.

other contractors told us 6 to 8 weeks. Larry's crews, including a wall removal, all new cabinets, appliances, etc were done in less than 3 weeks. his crews come on time, work all day and are very diligent in doing quality work.

the communication with Han for scheduling was a pleasure. we were always aware of who was coming and when. very responsive.

They helped us redesign the layout to maximize space, and the cabinet and countertop installation was done with great attention to detail. After research I found MBK who makes the process of renovating so easy to control from distance. I got an estimate after a few questions and was able to design and pick up materials through their website.
The communication with Joey was professional, helpful and thoughtful with what needed at all times. He even helped me to get fair prices on new appliances.
Overall it was a great experience. Love the new look of this house!
