We have had a great experience with Orange Restoration in particular with Dean Williams. Dean has been excellent at communication, follow through and over all doing the right thing in managing our project. There were some tough spots along the way that he handled extremely well! We are grateful for Dean and his excellent service!

We happened upon Orange when we had extensive water damage from a toilet leak. The mitigation side was fast, responsive and accommodating. We chose to use Orange and their restoration side of the business when it came time to fix everything. Dean was fantastic, timely and communicative. His crew even unpacked our storage pod when the work was done. Highly recommend!!

My experience with Orange from start to finish was excellent. I haven't encountered water damage before and was grateful to work with a company that was able to help me throughout the entire process.
Dylan and Rosa stepped right in to help with the clean up and remediation process. They kept me in the loop, worked with my insurance company, and also made a very stressful, unexpected event, as low stress as possible.
For the rebuild, I worked closely with Dean. Because of his experience, I felt like he looked at all sides of the project and was very thorough with his recommendations. It was nice not being burdened with a lot of construction coordination and other decisions that are outside of my expertise. I didn't realize how much he did and how easy he made this process until I spoke with other friends who did renovations on their own. HIs team did an excellent job with the rebuild and I couldn't be happier.
To sum it all up, I am beyond grateful to have found a company that I felt had my back and was able to help me from start to finish.

We worked with Orange Restoration when we had a flood in our office. The whole staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Jonathan was able to explain everything to us, every step of the way so we knew what was going on, Peer was in contact with us all the time letting me know where our reconstruction was at and Erica in the office was always incredibly nice. I don’t wish that anyone goes through any water damage in their home or office but if it happens I highly recommend Orange Restoration to help with the aftermath.

We used Orange for our restoration after a flood and glad we did. Dean and Will were accommodative to our schedules and did an initial inspection and worked out a quick schedule for us. Right from painting, drywall and flooring, everything was taken care of and finished with in the promised timelines. I found orange restoration to repair water damage to my condo as they were on a list of preferred providers with my insurance company. I looked them up and they had good reviews so I gave them a try. I spoke with Dean. He came out and inspected the job right away and worked with my insurance company to get me a proper quote and payment for the job. When the job was scheduled, the team came out and everybody did their thing. They were very respectful of my home and did their best by laying down paper and plastic to protect everything to keep it clean. A small problem did occur with the paint. I contacted Dean and he came out and inspected the job personally and decided on a plan of action and got everything corrected right away. So if you need the type of work that Orange Restoration does, give them a call, I’m sure you will be pleased with the results.

It's difficult to describe how above and beyond the service from Orange Restoration has been. Yaron and his team were not only the most knowledgeable and thorough remediation company I've worked with, but also the most helpful, caring and considerate. I didn't feel like they were just rushing to get the job finished, which was the case with two previous remediation companies. They were trying to do the job properly so my mold-sensitive friend could continue to live without jeopardizing her health. Our situation required a number of special concerns and they were all taken into consideration. I could go on, but let's just say it's not too common that I get the pleasure of working with people like those from Orange Restoration and I can't think of anything about the experience that could have been better.

I called in October because of some smoke and fire damage on a rental unit, we needed quick and affordable restoration services. I spoke to Rosa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rosa discussed the problem with us and detailed the process for restoration and the technician needs for access to the unit. Dean worked with us for reconstruction on this small project. He paid close attention to our needs and concerns. Orange even finished the complete fire restoration process quicker than we had anticipated. The smoke damage, the smell and the repair space was all left as it was before the smoke damage, they cleaned up leaving no trace behind their work. Thank you Orange team! 5 stars for your quality work!

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention that Orange took to help us with our home mold restoration. We had had concerns about our son’s health and had our home tested only to discover higher than average mold counts despite there being no visible mold. Orange was able to come out quickly to inspect our home and advise us on a course of action including giving us advice on future steps we could take to prevent future mold growth. They ultimately replaced two entire walls that had been compromised by roof leaks and helped us by advising on future testing so that we can make sure issues do not arise in the future without us knowing. Yaron, in particular, treated us like family and took it upon himself to make sure that everything was done with the greatest precautions often going out of his way to answer all of our questions … and we had many. This helped give us the peace of mind that we needed that we had a handle on the situation. If you’re looking at a highly responsive company then I would recommend Orange!

Orange Restoration has been working in San Diego for a number of years as a professional, high quality remediation & restoration service company. As a professional contractor myself, I have had Orange Restoration work on both on my own residence & alongside me in the field. From top to bottom, the employees are hard-working, diligent & respectful. The quality of work is top-notch and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I had been dealing with mold issues in our home for almost a year which was a compete nightmare. Ron was not only able to help pin point our issue but was able to provide us with the solutions that no one else could. He is patient, and kind with his explanations and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to turn a nightmare of a situation into a learning experience with a light at the end of the tunnel. Ron seriously- my husband and I cannot thank you enough!

Will was super easy to work with. The entire process was long but they made it as comfortable as possible. I have a large family and they ensured that demo was not super invasive. For example, they let us keep our sink and other appliances as long as possible to reduce the stress on our daily life. The flooring company was amazing as well as painters and cabinet contractors. Everyone was kind and professional. I would definitely recommend Orange Restoration to my friends and family!

The technicians were able to dry and remove all of the damaged material from our house and determine where the leak was coming from. Since it was our first time dealing with water damage, we are thankful that the team was very transparent about the process and pricing up-front.

Orange Restoration was recommended to us by a family member when we discovered we had a hot water slab leak. Pedro came in right away and found the areas that were saturated with water, was able to break down the process for mitigation for us to understand, and his team of techs worked so efficiently. They were sensitive to my son’s bad allergies and took every precaution to keep the debris/dust to a minimum.
Rosa, who handled the paperwork for the mitigation, worked directly with our insurance agent which not only saved us time and energy but also gave us such peace of mind that everything was being taken care of correctly. There was never any frustrating back and forth that I had dreaded. And while there are many people dealing with flood repairs due to all the rain we are having they never made us feel like our concerns were too small or insignificant.
Dean and his team performed the repairs. From the plumbing to the flooring all were top notch professionals. They were willing to take the time to patiently answer all our questions knowing the anxiety that this whole situation had caused. They left our home looking better than before the damage was done! Once again we needed to lean on Orange Restoration for last minute remediation needs in our home. In the past the amazing Dylan was our project manager, but this time around we had the equally amazing (and hard to believe, more handsome) Pedro.

In all seriousness, we've had the misfortune of having multiple unrelated water damage issues in our home. We've used other remediation teams in the past, but have continued to go with Orange because of their speed and the level of communication from the team.

Pedro, Rosa, and crew kept us in the loop on everything. There were no surprises.

And for those hyper-sensitve to mold, Pedros team was able to FULLY clean our bedroom ceiling and surrounding areas, as verified by a third-party tester we hired before reconstruction began.

Great company!! I cannot say enough good things about all the people at Orange Restoration. I had a leak in the shower wall and my insurance company led me to Orange. We worked with Pedro for the water mitigation. Then, Corey (from Pro Plumber their sister company) fixed all the plumbing. Finally, Dean, Clayton, and Alex put the bathroom back together. The ladies in the office, Rosa and Paula, and the owner Yaron, were also a pleasure to speak with. Their prices were reasonable and their work was excellent! I highly recommend Orange Restoration and will definitely use them on future projects!
