I was hesitant to start a massive remodeling project especially after hearing some of the horror stories out there.
Little did I know how attentive and thorough Igor and his team would be!
It was a pleasure working with them. They always showed up on time, did a fantastic job and were very clean from the start to the end.

I would give Igor and his team a higher rating if I could. He was instrumental from the start to the finish. Allowing me to trust and have confidence in him that the finished product would be what I wanted and deserved. It was a full house renovation project and Igor took care of everything: demolitions, hauling, painting inside and out, flooring, electrical, plumbing, tiling, roofing, window replacements, kitchen and bathroom remodel etc. and everything was done with permits and city inspections which he took care of as well.
Igor also produced more cost-effective ways to correct my problem with flooding in the sunroom. He is knowledgeable and you can tell that he really loves what he is doing.
I cannot say enough good things about Igor because in my mind he is the only one contractor I would trust with project of any difficulty.
My home now looks like it is worth a million dollars.

They did an outstanding job: all bad plywood and facias were replaced, team showed on time on time, Igor took care of inspections and dealing with the city and they were done much faster than I expected.
They also replaced carpet on my stairs and did mold remediation in one of my rooms !

Excellent customer service. Igor's number one goal is to make the customer happy. I heard so many horror stories about contractors, construction and remodeling but that was not the case with Igor. He checked in on our project personally almost every day and got back to me promptly when I had a concern and assured me that everything would be taken care of and be ok. He also has great design ideas and has a knack for finding excellent quality materials at reasonable prices. He suggested a rainfall shower and a built in bench to make showering safer and more comfortable for my disabled husband. We would have never thought of these great ideas on our own but thanks to Igor instead of being plain and cookie cutter our bathrooms are beautiful, spectacular and functional! We are so happy with our newly remodeled bathrooms and the work of his crew Luis, Juan and Brian!

Igor and his staff were through, swift and sure with the rebuild of my (more damaged than I thought) deck. All materials were and plans were presented to me for verbal and written approval. There were no surprises whatsoever. I am very happy with the integrity and beauty of the rebuild, considering what was replaced. They even catered to a couple of little nit pick requests, (which in hindsight, they really didn't have to do). I was not inconvenienced in the slightest and upon completion, I was walked through the finished product and any and all questions were answered. I would recommend and may use this crew in the future.
