I just wanna say how thankful we are for the work done on our kitchen. It turned out beautiful, but more than that you could really feel the care that went into it. Not just someone showing up to do a job and leave. You could tell Igor and his team took pride in what they were doing, and that meant a lot to us.
I’ve dealt with a lot of people over the years, contractors, plumbers, even lawyers and doctors and whatnot and it’s rare to find someone who makes the whole thing feel easy and calm. No pressure, no talking down, no rushing you or making you feel like a bother.
If we had a question or changed our mind, it was just ok no problem, let’s figure it out. That kind of patience is not common nowadays. Especially with home projects, where usually you’re just waiting for something to go wrong.

Anyway, just wanted to say thank you. From someone who’s seen a lot this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any kind of professional work, period. Real person, real care, and the kitchen looks better than we could’ve ever imagined.

Excellent customer service all questions or concerns were answered clearly and when other issues raised were handled in a professional manner. We hired Apex to renovate our primary bedroom and bathroom. From beginning to end it was a seamless process. Luis the Project Manager was a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and managed the project so well they finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The entire team at Apex was professional and seems to really take pride in quality workmanship. We are so happy with the results we will definitely work with Apex again.

We recently worked with Igor and Luis from Apex American Homes for a full bathroom remodel and to redo our kitchen tile here in Santee, and we couldn't be happier. We hired Apex to initially redo 2 bathrooms and ended up redoing the upstairs flooring, repainting walls and doors, replaced some cabinets, and even did some flooring and work downstairs as well. Igor and Luis were both extremely helpful with planning beforehand and advising and organizing all the work throughout. Can’t say enough good things about Igor and the team at Apex American Homes. They helped me with a full bathroom remodel that started as an insurance claim after a leak. From the very first visit they made everything simple and clear.

Igor brought in someone who dealt directly with my insurance and helped me get more coverage approved, which honestly blew my mind. Then Luis was there everyday day. He was so organized, friendly, and always made sure I understood what was happening.

The new bathroom turned out even better than I pictured. The tile, fixtures, and little shower details they suggested made it feel super high end. I’m beyond happy with how it all came out.

We had a major leak in our master bathroom and insurance kept dragging things out. We were honestly ready to accept their low offer because we were tired of living without a shower. A friend recommended Igor, and calling him was the best decision we made.

He looked at everything, explained what needed to happen, and connected us with his insurance specialist. They were able to get us $25k more than what insurance originally offered. Huge difference.

Igor’s crew was great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, kept things clean, and always let us know what was going on. The bathroom looks really good.

We’d talked about remodeling our kitchen for years but didn’t know who to trust. After how smooth the bathroom went, hiring Igor for the kitchen was an easy choice. He handled the whole thing start to finish and the results turned out exactly how we hoped.

We had a great experience with Apex rebuilding our balconies. Igor provided the initial assessment and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with how things were going, and Luis helped managed the day-to-day work and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the project. They were attentive, communicative, and clearly cared about doing things right.

The team did a great job protecting our home during construction and was very detail-oriented, going back to paint the flashing, repairing and repainting the stucco, and making sure everything looked finished and polished. The balconies look fantastic, they matched the color exactly right, and we're relieved knowing water won't be an issue anymore thanks to the waterproof coating they used. We'd absolutely use them again and are really glad we chose them for this project.

Apex did a complete remodel of the interior of my home. New Kitchen (cabinets, countertops, appliance installation etc.), Bathroom Vanities, new LVP Floors / baseboards throughout the house, and complete interior paint. Igor and his team did a fantastic job. It's like a new house. They promised quick work and they delivered! I was living in the home throughout this process so I really wanted this done as quickly as possible. Unlike other contractors that I had previously, there was a team of people doing something almost every day until the work was done. Their price was competitive too! I had four different estimates and it came down to two. I went with Apex because they promised a quicker timeline. They have experts in all areas from plumbing/electrical, to quartz countertops and floors. You have to trust someone to do your remodel. I trusted Apex and I am glad I did.

Google must be selling endorsements here. Edison sends out unlicensed workers to perform its work and does not supervise or inspect anything. It's all marketing. They also do not have offices at this address. There is a new business at this address since Feb 2024, with Edison not updating CSLB records. The violations of the B&P code are astounding. Please check licenses very carefully and find yourself a contractor who has passed the state exam and adheres to the laws. Edison does not. This was a get-rich-quick scheme and the owner has left many homeowners with their homes a wreck, materials ruined, taking all their money but no accountability.
