Really professional work from start to finish. Great diagnosis, communication, and urgency. Got everything done for us. Restoration is not a job you want to deal with as a homeowner but these guys nailed it.

We had a leak in our bathroom at 2am and Daniel arrive at our home within 45 minutes. He helped us open a claim through our insurance and his crew restored our home. After the dry out, Jose stepped in to take care of the reconstruction work. I'm very impressed with this company.

I work for a property management company that has had the pleasure of using Cutting Edge a few times in the past couple months. I was in contact with Geness and Larry which was very enjoyable! Geness is quick to scheduling and answering my 100 questions. Larry updated me multiple times while the job was being done (who doesnt like this). Very good work. The best I’ve had. So much better than what I had with a general contractor. This was an insurance claim for water damage and they handled all aspects including dealing with my very difficult my mortgage co. They also went to bat for me to get the very best outcome from my insurance co. Very happy with the outcome.

This company is great at first when you meet and start work. Not sure what happen with the service and them just not wanting to respond. However we had an insurance claim and we’re going to use them for the rebuild however Tom gave us a price to rebuild which included materials and labor but when we told them that we will purchase material they went Ghost! He never got back to us with the new estimate. We told them we had the material already and just need the price for labor and they didn’t want to revise the estimate or respond to us anymore. My dad called and text and left voicemails with Tom asking for the price. I emailed Tom and Gabriela and they no longer responded to any emails or returned any calls. I thought that was very unprofessional, unfair and kept us waiting with no kitchen and thats 20 days of waiting for a estimate that they never received.

It would have been nice if they just said why they didn’t want to revise the estimate or explain why they never gotten back to us..
i don’t get what was the big deal…

Very happy with this company's work. My dishwasher flooded my kitchen floor. Cutting edge sent a technician out in 30 min to look at the damage. End result was the restoration was affordable and it was handled quick. Much impressed with this company!

Cutting Edge Restoration assisted my Dad after his home suffered extensive water damage in September. Julio and his team repaired and restored my Dad's house and made it look so much better than before. Thank you to Julio and his great workers for being there for us.

It took over 4 months for shoddy kitchen repair post water damage. My kitchen is super small cono. They did NOT need to take my kitchen apart. Floors looks great but my kitchen does not look like it did before and just had a new installation Dec 2021!! Had to return 3 times to align cabinet. My quartz counter seam does not align. Gap. Would not recommend.

I had a big water leak inside my interior walls. Drew, Jamie, and Raul were very exceptional in their prompt assessment and work. They were professional and even though they were working inside my home I felt comfortable and that was important. They always answered when I called to ask questions here and there about the process and that was very helpful. Thank you guys, you’re the best!!

Tom Grady had his crew out to my place after I sustained water damage due to leaks in my water pipes. They did an exceptional job and my bedroom, that was water damaged, looks "Brand New"! In fact, their repair work greatly outshines the rest of my house. Definitely a company and crew of workers I would strongly recommend.

I had work done on my house and Larry Ingramm came to my home to make an assessment of the work that needed to be performed. Right away, we connected! He is very professional, caring and I would personally award him10 stars! To elaborate, Larry treated my home as if it were his own which displayed sincerity. It was not just a job or to win a customer over, he was more concerned about my needs and how they would be met. He was very thorough and patient explaining the details of the work that was needed to accomplish an exceptional outcome and followed up throughout the entire process. Love his sense of humor too! It's a challenge when your house is in a disarray, but the person you work with puts your mind at ease and reflects empathy during that time. Larry proved there are people who really do care about customers and their homes!
