Sam Rodriguez the owner gave me an estimate for multiple jobs I needed done at my commercial building. He was kind and attentive to what we wanted. Most Contractor’s tried to talk us out of things or questioned what we wanted to do but not Sam. He said he wanted to make whatever our vision was happen. He took notes and delivered a very fair estimate VERY FAST. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

I don’t normally make reviews but this was necessary. I was in a major bind and needed an estimate for a grant I was applying for for my childcare center. The problem was I needed the estimate in 24 hours. (The contractor we had fell through at last minute) After calling many many companies with no avail because of time constraints and just plain no availability, FINALLY at almost end of the day Sam Rodriguez the owner, of AZH Builder/AZHome Repair answered my call for help! He dropped everything for me. He showed up early next day and took measurements for all the work I wanted done. (20 plus things to measure and give estimate) He was on time, friendly, thorough and efficient. He promises me an estimate before end of day. I have no doubts that he will come through for me.
