Got an estimate from Bar that would work perfect with our financial situation. A retaining wall was built in a timely manner and the work crews were fantastic as was the job done. We highly recommend this company for concrete work.

The Sunny Builders group did a great job with our backyard. We needed to replace an old, sagging, non permitted wall. They were able to come up with a design that replaced the wall and strengthened and improved two other walls. The finished product is beautiful and functional and we look forward to enjoying our much safer yard this summer. The job site was inspected daily and communication was terrific. I would definitely hire them again.

Big shout out to builders Timothy, Alex, Margarito, Robert, Juan and two others (I apologize I failed to gather their names). Every worker was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely polite. Dozens of neighbors comment on the friendliness and approachability of the workers during the job.

I am so excited to look at the window and see a beautiful front yard, something I have not been able to do in over 8 years!

Sunny Builders Group helped me take care of my backyard so I could install a new fence that was 34 years old. My old landscape had to be removed because it was part of the fence that I was replacing.
Matan (project manager) came to estimate my project and after the consultation, came up with a plan that was probably more than I bargained for but ultimately was well worth what I paid. Matan went over in detail all the licenses that Sunny Builders Group had so I was comfortable with the company. They plan out every detail down to having a portable toilet for the employees. On the first day, Matan went over the plan with me but we had to make a few changes and they followed my vision perfectly.
Matan followed up with the progress each day texting me videos while I was at work. I was pleased with the work and while not the biggest job for them, I'm glad that Sunny Builders Group had the expertise since probably a landscaper could not have done the brick work that was done.
In the end, I would recommend Sunny Builders Group and Matan for your project needs.

We recently installed a new playground and dog park behind our community clubhouse and we wanted a paver pathway that led to it. We received 3 bids for the job and decided to go with Sunny Builders Group.

I first met with Vanessa from Sunny Builders when she came out to discuss the project and I was immediately impressed by her. I had drawn a rough sketch of what I had in mind for the area showing how we wanted one pathway from the parking lot that would lead to the back of the clubhouse and then branch out into three different directions with one path leading to the playground, one path to the dog park and another to the deck. There were a few obstacles that I had not considered but Vanessa was meticulous in assessing the area and figuring out a way to make my plan work. She truly listened to my ideas and she was knowledgeable about the process of the installation and explained everything in detail.

Vanessa communicated very well with us throughout the whole project and checked in at each phase to make sure that everything was being done to our satisfaction.

One of the reasons we decided to go with Sunny Builders for this project was their website and social media. It showed photos and videos of actual work that their company had completed, whereas the other two companies websites were filled with stock photos from a paver catalog (I confirmed that with a Google Lens search of the photos).

We are very happy with the way the project turned out. It looks better than I imagined! I would highly recommend using Sunny Builders Group. I know we will definitely be using them again.

Sunny Builders were excellent, left the area cleaner then when they started. Good quality work, on time and on price. This project consisted of removing 2 very large boulders as well as the terrace and turf. Their original plan for boulder removal didn't work, but they completed it perfectly at no additional charge. Mor stopped by regularly to ensure things were running on time and on schedule. Highly recommend and will use again

We had Sunny Builders Group re-do our back-yard just a few weeks ago. Previously, it was just randomly poured concrete slabs, gravel, and a rail road tie “retaining wall.” The Sunny Builders Group came in and demoed everything and re-built it all with travertine pavers, turf, and a beautiful true retaining wall. In fact, their retaining wall process/work was a big reason we chose Sunny Builders Group. We are so grateful for the team at Sunny Builders Group, especially our project manager Zino and foreman Kevin. We absolutely love our backyard and have gone from never using it to being out back every day since it completed. We are truly very happy we re-did the back yard with Sunny Builders Group.

We hired Sunny Builders Group to complete several retaining walls, concrete work, and artificial turf to compliment our concurrent pool project. They were not the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive, but we ended up selecting SBG for their retaining wall experience. The work crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly everyday, even on Saturdays. Due to the location, all of the digging and dirt removal was done manually by hand, and they were able to work quickly and finish one week ahead of schedule. The few items of concern that came up along the way were addressed and fixed without issue. Our PM communicated openly and would check in on the job site most days. We are planning to use SBG for future projects.

We had 40+ overgrown “hedges” that became more like small trees over the years and were intertwined with old metal fencing. I’ve wanted to get a new fence for so long, but I was afraid it would be too expensive since the hedges would have to be removed first.

I worked with Sharon to compete a project to install brick pavers throughout my backyards. They did a great job from start to finish. Their crew was extremely efficient and did all the demo work very quickly. They were also patient and understanding while I was obtaining HOA approval.
