CCR did an outstanding job on our roofing project from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with this level of attention to detail. I highly recommend CCR to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work.

I had a great experience from start to finish with CC&R. Everyone I worked with was knowledgable, respectful and extremely quick to finish their portion of the job. They did full mold removal, dry out, kitchen demo/restoration and redid all the floors in the house. Everything looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the work. Special thank you to Alex for making my home look brand new!!

Our insurance recommended CCR Construction to rebuild our kitchen after water damage, and I'm so glad we went with them! We opted to completely renovate our space, and every step of the way they were incredibly helpful and reassuring, our project manager was awesome: knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to detail, all the folks who worked on our home were wonderful to work with, they hooked us up with a spectactular designer, and we felt supported and empowered to make our dream kitchen a reality. They quickly and decisively dealt with the project's inevitable curveballs, and the project wrapped in a reasonable timeframe and stayed on budget. We couldn't be happier with how our place turned out and wholeheartedly recommend CCR Construction to anyone!

So pleased with the work Celso did today!
-
Professional, on time, personable. But I'm still waiting for the estimate and schedule.

Celso was awesome. Great guy & very professional

Wayne is amazing from start to finish. Prompt, professional and fast.

Horrible they have abandoned taken down the current doors and not installing the new doors and demanding more more more money.
How could this be possible? I’m waiting for them to show back up and agreed to pay them a flat rate. -
Wayne provided excellent service. We will request him every time
-
Experts, so very thorough. I will be checking out their website to see what else they do. I've hired handymen before but this team is the best of the best!

First day of our remodel of a fireplace, and all went very well. On time, worked hard, careful to keep dust and construction mess to a minimum. All is going as hoped.
-
Very competent workers although not enough time to finish the job and I’d prefer to reschedule with the same worker. I’ve used this company twice and I’m very satisfied.

I needed some shelving put up in my shed and Matt came out and did the work fast and was professional. So I will definitely use them again! Thanks Guys!

Matt was wonderful, courteous, professional,
knowledgeable, put up with my changes with a
smile, and we will definitely have him back! -
Christian went above and beyond what we expected. His attitude and efforts were top notch. We highly recommend Kaminsky.

Despite challenging parking, Celso was on time and very friendly. I appreciate how he fully assessed the stuck window before he took action to fix it. When he was done he cleaned the entire area as well so it was better than it was prior to his arrival. Thank you Celso!

Originally they just left and never came back after several mis-communications between their dispatching team and their onsite team. Apparently their dispatching team passed on the wrong message to the field and said we didn’t want the work when all I said was to wait for the plumber to fix the pipe in the wall before closing that tiny space up. After several phone calls back and forth, I finally got the crew back to do the work and scheduled the service.
The work they did do was OK - though they left it unfinished the day they showed up as apparently one of their people got called away to do another job and the person left behind couldn't finish the job by himself. Another day of service had to be set up and then I was told they needed two separate half-days to do the work that was needed. Unfortunately I was unable to schedule the work right away due to family emergency -- so had to wait to complete the job that was supposed to be done in one day for another week. Not sure why one of the guys got called away in the middle of my job delaying it even more.
Then when I had the rescheduled day/s set-up to complete the job (they said it would take two days - one for wet work and one for dry work), the 1st rescheduled day only one person of the two people scheduled showed up to do the work (the other worker had no idea why the 2nd person just didn't show up) -- so the repairman that was there couldn't finish all that was supposed to be done on that day.
Then on the 2nd day that was supposed to be the finishing day - two people did show up and they rushed the finish job to get it all done by end of day as promised.
Although the work did get done, there were quite a few areas that looked unfinished - and I will probably have to touch-up the areas myself. I could see metal showing through on the corners of the dry-wall areas - instead of the dry-wall and bubble texture. Several places along the wall/work area looked unfinished or rushed.
They also said they would cover up all my furniture with plastic to avoid creating a mess on top of the new furniture and household items, but they only layed down plastic on the walking area along the carpet. I had layers of dry-wall dust everywhere! -- on to of my shelving, my dining table, my dining chairs, my couch, my kitchen counters & dishes. There didn't see m to be any care concern for ensuring my space was cleaned up in any way - other than to remove the plastic on the floor when they left. I have a big mess to clean up everywhere.
Additionally, the quote estimate they gave me originally for what they said would take one-day of work with three repair guys onsite was around $1800 -- but the final job ended up taking 3-4 days instead (with barely 1-2 repairman onsite each day) including the no-show/cancellation day - turned out to be over double the estimated price given to me.. was at $3600 instead.
I do not recommend them.
I would double check their pricing & work accuracy and team communication details before entering into a contract with them -- and make sure you are onsite at the time of their work to correct/check/adjust any work that needs to be done. Make sure you understand their pricing, team assigned work and ensure you have all the people assigned to you to complete the job.
I am giving them a 2-star rating, as they did complete the job, but did not have good customer service or customer-centric care. -
Wayne did a number of tasks today, including electrical, carpentry, and HVAC small repairs and maintenance. He is very skilled and thoughtful. I appreciated his help and efficiency, which saved time off the original estimate.
