Wayne was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed that my ceiling fan motor was burned out and went to Home Depot (while I was able to keep working in my home office!), sent me photos of replacement fans, bought it and came back to install it. That's is some amazing service. I'll be a repeat customer, no question.

I have used Kaminskiy several times this year for various handyman services for my rental properties and each time I am impressed at the prompt and professional service they provide. They are also reasonably priced. Having a reliable and reasonably priced handyman is very important to me to manage my rental properties throughout San Diego. Because it's a company and not an individual (each of my job was handled by a different handyman), I was a little bit skeptical at first, but each job was completed professionally and with personal attention, especially my last job which was completed by Michael, to install bird spikes and repellents in one of my buildings. He was thorough and fair, and even followed up with a recommendation which was great.

Michael provided excellent service installing bathroom faucets and updated plumbing so that we had no future leaks. Great job. Also, Micheal cleaned up shower door mildew and removed silicone seal. Tomorrow I will have a newly silicone caulked shower.

Matthew came to clean out the rain gutters at my house and I was very pleased with the whole experience. He was punctual, cordial, and professional. We needed to have our patio ceiling replaced due to some loose boards and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. The communication was great before and after our job, which is super nice. Our technician, Mario, did an outstanding job. He explained everything that needed to be done and then completed the job perfectly. He even texted me the next morning in case I had any concerns. We didn't, but I really appreciated the fact that I would have been able to contact him if we did. The cost of the job and the time it took to complete it were just what we were hoping for. We will definitely be using Kaminsky Care and Repair for all our home repair needs.
