I had mold remediation done in my master bedroom. I have 9’ ceilings, 3 layers of drywall in my ceiling. The finished work looked great couldn’t tell I had any work done at all. Very pleased and would recommend A/S contracting for any home or business work needed.

He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very professional and personable. My bathroom turned out SO much better than what I envisioned. Quality work AND service. Reached out to them for immediate assistance with water damage repair for our property. It's a very small project, affected area maybe 2.5x4 feet (garage ceiling) and 4x4 feet (toilet area on second floor). Received the price quote only to find out the estimate was 3.5X the rate of other repair companies. When I asked why the estimate included a surface area of 200 square feet and 300 square feet, a new estimate was quoted that shaved off 14% off the original quote. I wish this company would be open and upfront about minimum charges, had I known I wouldn't have reached out in the first place.
