Coastline was our GC for a two-bed, two-bath ADU project in Carlsbad. Glenn, Shane, and the subcontractors did really great work on our custom design and answered every question along the way. Excellent finished home at a great value.

Glenn and his team built out a 20ft glass sliding door for me with additional framing and beam and footings. He did an amazing job and now my home is absolutely beautiful with indoor outdoor living. I highly recommend coastline

Coastline Construction did an awesome job with my new master bathroom and shower. The team was always on time, got the job done quick and was very responsive to my questions. Being a higher end remodel they helped me pick out the best fixtures and materials and I couldn’t be happier!

Morgan delivered! I took on one of the biggest projects of my life: designing and building a 500 sqft ADU in my backyard - from scratch. This involved hiring an Architect, working with structural and construction drawing sets, permitting through the County and City of San Diego, leveraging most of my savings, and hiring a GC to build this dream into a reality.

I was very anxious about all the risks in the beginning with this big investment. It’s common enough to hear the bad stories about some General Contractors – and Morgan is definitely NOT one of them! She stayed consistent to her word and our signed contract all the way through.

I interviewed 5 different General Contractors for this project and she presented the best out of all of them. For the first consultation, she came prepared with a large, printed construction drawing set. We went through page-by-page, and she asked me questions about the design and wanted to understand what I was looking for. For me, what separated her from the other GC’s was her ability to answer some of the finer detailed construction questions, and her communication skills. She also didn’t make me feel rushed and took the quality time to really absorb the scope of the project.

Let me mention again, her communication was on point! Before I decided to hire a GC, I was having a little challenge working with the Architect on the finer roofing support design and whether it would pass the city permitting process. While I was at work, I called her and asked what she thought about this dilemma. She was honest and said she wasn’t sure – but would look into it for me. I got a call back 15 minutes later with an answer from her family’s construction experience – which sounded very reasonable to me. She laid out each decision and how to mitigate the risk (of spending more unnecessary time and money). It was at this point I knew I was going to hire her; which I don’t know if she realizes that :)

As an Electrical Engineer who works full time with clientele like coal fire power plants, I know that projects never go 100% according to plan. What makes them successful is the execution and coordination around unforeseen obstacles. Throw in some pandemic uncertainty, lead time issues with a couple parts, and material costs increases - Morgan was able to adjust on the fly with relative ease. I never felt like I was left hanging or misunderstood why we needed to make some design changes. Around some of these bigger decisions, we were able to challenge each other’s ideas in a friendly way!

Overall, I worked with Morgan for about 6 months, and I could tell she enjoyed doing this type of work (which is a huge plus). In the end, I was very pleased with hiring her as my General Contractor!

Morgan and Mia converted our garage into a 1br 1ba ADU. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. What really stood out to me was their organization, communication, and financial transparency with our project. They provided us opportunities to finance materials of our project using credit cards to get points. My wife and I both work full time and we felt that Morgan and Mia did an outstanding job taking over all project responsibilities. The only change order that came up was replacing a sewer line and it was Morgan and Mia looking out for our investment and property long term, It was definitely appreciated. The few concerns that arose were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Communication was great, the project was done within the expected timeframe and within the proposed budget.

So awesome! Morgan and her team at Cultivate Construction were amazing! From start to finish, Morgan was there along the way to answer any questions while communicating the process and development of the construction. She was always available if issues came up and they were resolved to my expectations including some emergency plumbing needs that had to happen immediately. Morgan worked closely with the Architect, Interior Designer and Landscape Company to keep a seamless flow on the job site and a continued production to meet deadlines and work with issues as they arose. The construction is solid and beautiful with attention to detail, I am extremely happy with the end product and the great experience!

CUSTOMER BEWARE FRAUD Patriot Construction despite me cancelling in the 3 day window, billed my credit card and misrepresented the charges saying I purchased merchandise in order to defraud me of over $580. I will be posting proof of this and they have a connection with a known felon (SEE Shamrock Construction) The articles of incorporation are owned by a felon who is incarcerated for multiple crimes. I am filing complaints with appropriate government agencies but if you deal with them, (THEY DO NO CONSTRUCTION THEY BID IT OUT) you may get ripped off too, placing this for the sole purpose of warning other consumers and I can prove all that I state.

Mr McNutt aka Brennus never addressed my issues and his attorney would have contacted me regarding issues. Consumer Beware

I will post the lawsuit as they were cited in my complaint to the construction board, told to refund, said I should “ reach out”. I don’t want to reach out I want my refund!

These guys are great!
Wr needed a Patio Cover and had looked around a bit. Prices seemed a bit high. I saw Patriot at a home show and agreed to an estimate.
Trintan arrived at our home right on time and was very nice. He showed us different covers that they had already installed and they all looked great!
The price was 30% less than the nearest qualified installer, and the warranty is the same, so we signed up.
What a great decision!
The workers arrived on the agreed day and had our old cover demoed and the new one installed within 2 days (they asked for 3!).
Everything is just as promised and we could not be happier.
Do we recommend Patriot? Well, let me just say, after seeing the work, we have now contracted with them for a kitchen remodel!

Our experience with Patriot Construction Pros, Inc. was great. They did a complete roof job and new insulation in the attic for us. Removing the 2 existing roofs and installing the new roof and new insulation was completed in less than 1 week (seven days). JUST IN TIME for the big rainstorm here in San Diego, CA. Both crews were courteous and prompt they cleaned up every day. I feel that this is a great company to do business with. All of the people that I had contact with from this company were professional and knowledgeable. The most important part of this review is the fact that my wife is very happy with job done for us by Patriot Construction Pros, Inc. We would not hesitate to work with them again. Respectfully

Precision General Contracting installed Texcote CoolWall and Hardie Siding on our home, and it turned out great. The quality shows—our neighbors keep asking who did the work. Highly recommend.

We worked with David for the initial measuring and pricing process. He was through, and made some great recommendations which we followed. Once the ball got rolling we worked with Jeff & Samantha, who were both great and very responsive. It took a while to get the windows, but that was expected and they had established that expectation at the time of the order. We replaced 28 windows in our house. Our house is fairly new, 30 years old but all the window frames were damaged. So we just took the plunge and we aren't disappointed. Precision’s team of employees is so professional. Marty and Johnny came to replace our windows, took them 2.5 days to do 28 windows. They were timely, very professional (so much so that I would leave the house unattended with them working in it while I ran summer errands with the kids). They were amazing. I'd recommend Precision in a heartbeat.

Our house's balcony boards and railing had been in dire need of replacing the entire 7 years we've owned it. After the rains this spring the railing started to get loose and it was just super dangerous so we bit the bullet and got estimates from various companies. After speaking with a contractor who quoted us a 30% higher price (claiming that materials costs had skyrocketed) we appreciated Precision's honesty when they said that wasn't true and that materials rates were only marginally higher.

Work-wise, everything went incredibly smoothly. The crew was able to reach our 20 ft balcony from the exterior so never disturbed us on the inside. They discovered our beams underneath the boards were rotted, so quickly quoted us the price for just the materials and labor, which was affordable and pretty generous of them to do. Even with this extra work they kept to their timetable to 3 weeks by working on Saturday. And finally, we appreciated overall that they didn't work their crews longer than 8 hours each day. Just feels like they are pretty good to their employees.

We've had a TON of work done on our house in 8 years, but I can honestly say this is the best home improvement process we've had with anyone. Communication via text/email/phone was flawless, and the workmanship is A+ all the way. If you're reading this just hire them already!

Last year I had Precision install a patio cover and concrete in my backyard and did an excellent job. The team was professional and efficient, and the results are fantastic.
I had a small leak in the patio cover during the rainy season a few months back and although it took them a while to get to my service, they stood by their work and came out to make sure it no longer leaked. I appreciated the transparency about the delay when I called the office and spoke to Carly about the leak.
I would definitely recommend them for any exterior projects.
