CalHome Construction's Tony did a plumbing job at our home today as part of our home warranty. Tony was very proficient at what he does and very courteos and easy to work with. There were total 4 jobs to be done and he completed all of them with in 25 minutes, a testament to his expertise. The best plumber experience that i had thus far.

CalHome is the real deal. Over the course of 8 years i used them 3 times. The quality of work has always been top notch. Every project is completed on time and exactly what i wanted. A special shout out, one of the projects was years ago and i had a dmall issue come up. Within a week they came out and fixed it. I dont know many companies that would go that extra mile to keep a customer happy. I highly recommend them.

The team built a 2 bedroom, bath and wet bar room addition for me and they were courteous and professional. Working with Sean Reynolds as my PM was great. He was very responsive and helpful. I love their on-line portal that they use for tracking the project E2E. I highly recommend them!

I had CalHomeCo build a 759sqft ADU in my back yard. By far the easiest part was the actual build that CalHomeCo did, just taking care of it all through build.

Progress, pricing, status was all transparent through the online portal that they use which is super useful.

Steve Poole and the CalHome team just finished up our 13-month 2nd story add-on and brought our dream home into reality. Throughout the project, Steve was communicative, thorough, and ensured that things were done right. CalHome came in on budget and were the most flexible when it came to negotiating the details of our contract due to us wanting to do a lot of the detail work ourselves. This was a huge project for us and CalHome worked around our schedule, worked with us to resolve problems, and never pushed back on quality issues that we raised. They left us with a beautiful home without a lot of headache. 5 stars!

Highly recommend CalHomeCo. I did a very complex 1,000sq/ft two story addition at my house in Mission Hills. This was a full gut job plus a large addition- they essentially built me a new house. Steve Poole was the project manager and he was amazing. We set a very aggressive timeline and the CalHomeCo team finished on schedule- anyone who has ever done a project knows how rare that is. Brian and the team were very fair and competitive on pricing. Overall a great experience.

Highly impressed with this general contractor’s work. They managed the project smoothly and kept everything organized from start to finish. The crew was skilled, respectful, and detail-oriented. The final results were outstanding and completed on schedule. I would gladly hire them again!

Miguel Cisneros and his crew did excellent work. Miguel, the owner of the company was kind, thoughtful and considerate when estimating the leveling job. Note, this leveling job had to be completed within 5 days and he accommodated my schedule. Miguel and his crew were absolutely professional, thoughtful and did excellent work. Tuffy shed came out the next day and both installers told me that the foundation and leveling was excellent! I would recommend this man and his crew to anyone! Punctual, respectful, and patient with their clients and the work is superb. Please call his company, you will not regret it!

From planning and permits and inspections to even the smallest details, Sergio exceeded our expectations. It was a seamless process from start to finish and it was a pleasure to work with the entire Coronado Construction team. They took great care of us and our home.
