Reliable, honest family owned and operated business who stick to their quote. They did an excellent job with our very challenging project adding on to and upgrading our over 100 year old house. I hired Coronado construction to remodel our kitchen. Sergio listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions that really elevated the design. He took a dark small kitchen and turned it into a bright, inviting place that functions perfectly. The project was completed on time and within the budget that we had agreed upon. We will be having Coronado construction remodeling our bathrooms in the near future. We were very happy with our experience.

Sergio and his team did a wonderful job with our home. We had a very tight deadline before our move-in date and he made it happen. Sergio worked hard to ensure all of our requirements were met, had helpful suggestions through out, and communicated extremely well whether it was a status update or an unexpected hiccup. We recently just wrapped up our second project with him and are once again so pleased with the work ethic of both him and the individuals/companies he selects to subcontract. I own an old home in North Park with Craftsman features. I wanted to extend my home by adding a bathroom and sunroom. I knew Coronado Construction had completed many jobs in the area and I wanted someone who would keep the integrity of the craftsman style. Sergio did not disappoint, the addition matches the rest of the home. His attention to detail regarding craftsman homes and my many request to make look like it had been built the same year as the original house came to fruition. Building a house can be daunting and overwhelming. Sergio Coronado helped make the whole process so much easier. We met a few times before we started the project to talk about how important open and clear communication was for me. Like all projects, there were minor hiccups along the way and Sergio exceeded my expectations by communicating and resolving any concerns I had. The house is finished and beautiful thanks to Sergio and his team.
