I recommend speaking to Patty. Was walking around and she approached us when we were wandering around. She helped us when we were searching for blinds and shades for our home. She walked us thru the process and gave us a lot of options for shades. She is kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Patty!

I had such a wonderful experience at Home Depot today with a problem drawer for my closet system. MIKE on aisle 14 was especially helpful and the whole crew guided me in a way I didn’t expect from Home Depot. I am very grateful for the help from the team and feel that the service level has jumped up a big notch.

I have shopped at Home Depot over the years. They used to have terrible customer service on the floor, but that has improved dramatically. My concern with them now is that they allow all of these consultants to pray upon their customers. Most people will know what this means - solar, kitchen cabinets etc. Most are easy to spot and go away with a no thank you. Recently though I was approached by someone who claimed they were simply doing a water survey (not selling anything) and my phone number was only for verification purposes (silly me that I gave it.) It was followed up by an offer to come test my water so that they could give a report to the city. The claim was no pressure sales (silly me I let them come). There was quite a dazzle dazzle on their water testing and subsequent solutions to hard water and chemicals. All for about $6K. A thorough check of competitive pricing informs me that this is about 200% over comparable equipment. The company claims they are a Home Depot partner and you can use Home Depot financing to purchase the package (which you can). They throw in 5 years worth of cleaning and soap products which most people do not need or want. So I say - Shame on you Home Depot that you allow these people to pray on your customers.
