I made a simple inquiry to K-Co about making some new cabinet doors for a kitchen installed several years ago. Luckily, there was a branding sticker inside the cabinets identifying K-Co as the manufacturer, or at least the installer of these cabinets. K-Co was kind enough to research the purchase order and try to identify the origin of the cabinets.

Thanks for the support K-Co. though you were unable to locate any paperwork on the original project, you helped me identify the manufacturer and contact them for help. I’ll let you know what I uncover.

It's really good to find a company that has a good core of ethics and stands behind their work. Spending thousands of dollars on upgrading my home and choosing the right contractor isn't an easy thing to do. But Chad makes it simple, his word is his reputation. I'm so happy for using K-Co for my roof. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do, always cleaned up after themselves, always thinking ahead to make sure we were all comfortable during the job. I highly recommend them.

I am in the process of doing a garage renovation and am so excited I wanted to share my experience! K-Co has been amazing. Once I got permits they were onsite doing demo, and every step of the way, Dave, my project manager, kept me updated about what was going on, what was upcoming. He really is going above and beyond. Their bid was right on the money and the whole process has been so painless! And fast!!!! I will most likely have a tenant in June 1st!

We interviewed five contractors before hiring K-CO for our major remodel. We have hired other contractors in the past and K-CO provided the best experience ever. Chad had great ideas and paid attention to detail. Dave, the project manager made sure everything was done according to the contract and kept the project running smoothly. Communication is very important to us, and he always kept us up to date and answered questions promptly. Chad, Dave, Brian and all the workers were courteous, informed and professional. Our house is now beautiful. Give them a call and make an appointment with Chad to put your dreams into reality. Thank you, to everyone at K-CO.

I shopped for a year and a half for a GC. Either they were flaky or compromised where we weren't willing to. Then I found K-Co. After a brief conversation with Chad, I had an excellent feeling, and we were right. The team at K-Co is truly outstanding! From Renee at the office to Brian and Dave and the entire team, we couldn't be happier with the results and dedication to their craft. We didn't have to worry about anything, and they showed up when they said they would. If something wasn't going to happen that was scheduled, they communicated that, so we weren't waiting around. Great attention to detail, fast results, and a great end product! We will be using them for all our construction needs going forward. Trust me when I say you'll be glad you hired them. :-)

I recently purchased a generator from your online store with my Home Depot consumer credit card on 3/17 for pickup at your Genesee store located in San Diego, CA. A couple of days later I realized that the power that the generator is rated for would not be enough for the job I needed it for. Unfortunately, due to the COVID outbreak, I was afraid to return it to the store and followed the stay at home protocol ordered for California. I was hoping to return it to the store once our COVID numbers in San Diego were starting to go down and the stay at home order was lifted. I called the store and was told that they were extending their return policy because of COVID which was very nice to hear! Now that things are starting to open back up in San Diego and I feel more comfortable to go out in public while keeping social distancing and wearing a mask, I took the generator back into the store for a return and for the money to go back into my Home Depot credit card on 6/23. Mind you, I was laid off from my job because of COVID and don’t have the money to pay for a generator that will not be sufficient for the job I bought it for. While entering the store, I was delighted to see a sign that said that they were extending the return policy to 180 days. I went to the customer service desk and I spoke with the assistant store manager Grecia and told her my situation and why I wasn’t able to return the generator back to the store because of COVID concerns. With no understanding or empathy for my situation, she informed me that the extended return period did not apply to me because I was trying to return a generator and the return window was still only 30 days. The generator was NEVER opened. The box was never opened. It was still sealed from the factory and still is. With no empathy she told me “too bad”. During this time, another employee had taken the generator into the back and had already checked it in for a return. They couldn’t find the generator and I was stuck standing at customer service for over an hour waiting for them to find it so that I could take it back and take it home. During my time waiting, I asked how long it would take and she replied “it will take as long as it takes” with a nasty attitude. They finally found the generator and I took it and left after standing there for over an hour. I am very upset about this terrible customer service. This is no way to treat a loyal customer of Home Depot during this COVID crisis. Can you please tell me what you can do to resolve this issue?

This is probably the worst home depot I have ever seen! When I was about to come out of the loading zone with a load of goods, I found that the passage was closed. I asked the guy wearing home depot clothes if he could open the lock and let me pass. He actually pretended not to hear me and ignored me. I had to go around in a circle. You will know how desperate you are when you push hundreds of pounds of goods!

We have used DI Repairs several times for handyman type issues at our home in Del Mar. In each case DI was responsive and the service was reasonably priced.

I hired DI Repairs to fix a gutter that wasn’t properly draining away water. While they fixed the drainage issue with better sealant (no new parts) at a cost of $548, the technician damaged the elbow. When brought to their attention, they stated it was already like that. We showed them a picture of the part we’d taken before their arrival. Their reply was an image of the dented elbow part, stating that’s how it was. Take a look for yourself- first two are images of gutter elbow before they came (one is a close up of other), while the third image is what they sent us stating it was like that. Only thing I can think of is, how would we have an image of a non-damaged part? That picture with the non damaged elbow, but improperly draining water, is what compelled the HOA to hire DI Repairs.

9/1/2023 EDIT: Update. Since the original review 6 months ago, it rained here. We were able to confirm that DI Repairs never accomplished what we hired them for- having payed hundreds of $$$’s. Filing complaint with both California State Insurance Commissioner and BBB

I’ve used Jonathan/CTM for years for subcontract work in the security industry, and they’re top notch. Always professional, on time, and great with my customers.

I had Jon come out and give recommendations for audio equipment (speakers, wiring, etc.) for my clinic. His team came on time and did the job quickly and didn't leave a mess either. Very professional work. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure in working with Jonathan for Co-axil installation on my multifamily property. Jonathan is a true professional and he takes great pride in his work. He was so transparent from start to finish and his staff are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. The scope of work was done so neatly , no cutting corners with this company. I really wish more companies operated like Commercial Technology Management. 5/5 star!

I had searched for years for someone with experience and dedication to reorganize my wire/cable hub. I am so grateful I found CMT. Jonathon and Koda were extremely professional and highly qualified. I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with CTM for network cabling at our small business. The team arrived early, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project.

They went above and beyond by asking questions throughout the process to ensure everything was done right, not just fast. They also provided detailed cable testing results and documentation after completion. As a result, our team is now actively using their hard-wired connections because they perform far better than they did in the past.

Professional, responsive, and thorough from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend CTM to any small business needing reliable cabling and IT infrastructure support.
