I was looking for an electrician to come out on a Sunday afternoon, and I couldn't get anyone until Rich returned my call. I explained the problem, and through his good faith and true professionalism, Rich offered his expertise and explained the cause, and actually walked me through on how to reset our circuit breaker over the phone, and was at least able to restore power to the main parts of the house. We still need to restore power to the rest of the house, and I didn't think twice to reach back out to Rich! He responded promptly. He saved our Sunday! I would recommend Lightning Electric. When a professional points out an issue, you aren’t necessarily qualified to determine if they’re accurate or not. Rich at Lightening is both honest and wise. I called Lightning Electric to fix my flickering kitchen light fixture. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He worked with me to find the best solution rather than trying to push the most expensive options. He even tried diligently to repair my existing lights first and didn’t charge me anything extra for his effort. The final product was perfect for my situation. I couldn’t ask for a better service!

I called an electrician for what I thought was a simple request to install an outlet for our welding machine. The first electrician came out and gave me a price to do this. The second electrician (Lightning Electric) took and look and let me know that this wasn't as simple as installing an outlet. That I needed to install a transformer to support a 440v outlet. Upon reviewing how we had it set-up at our previous warehouse, I was able to validate the scope of work. I would have completely wasted money on the other electrician that would have installed something I couldn't even use. Lightning Electric did the job the way it was supposed to be done, they completed the work fast, and they were honest during the entire process. They did a great job for us and we will use them again.
