Bill converted my one bathroom, into a handicap bathroom and did miner on work on my second bathroom. The work, was of top quality . everybody who comes to see the bathroom here we did tomor has been very impressed by his work Bill, might not be the cheapest price. His Attention to detail, and then finish project is well worth the cost. How do you say saying you get what you pay for I would highly recommend Him to friends and family.

Bill Maurer, Maurer Construction, Inc. is a man who takes great pride in his work. Having experienced one of a homeowner’s worst nightmares, an upstairs bathroom flood ruining two stories including drywall, carpeting, my bank account and more. Bill efficiently and meticulously restored everything down to the last detail. He was very professional and hands on keeping his work area neat and clean allowing me and my family to continue to move freely around the house as necessary. When I had questions, he was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with making for a stress-free experience during a stressful disorienting time.
He gladly worked with me and my budget making things simple and easy to move forward. It was a pleasure to have a knowledgeable, clean and detail-oriented person working on my house.
During the restoration of our house, he went above and beyond the agreed terms. He well exceeded my expectations noticing and fixing multiple unaddressed safety issues hidden in our walls and ceiling. He worked overtime on our house every day including the difficult ones till completion. Our house is currently in better shape now than it was before the flood thanks to Bill. This is someone who I'd personally fully recommend to anyone for any job. I'm glad to have my house back in one piece again, thank you again Bill.

Bill helped me and my parents find and fix a leak on our roof that the solar panel caused. The solar company didn't even inspect the failure. Bill found it and helped extend the life of the roof.Giving us time to replace it. You get a personal touch with Maurer Construction Inc.

Bill came out and did some electrical repair work for us. Super professional and attentive to the details, which we appreciated. Planning to have him back for some additional work.

Bill did fantastic work on our kitchen remodel! We dealt with many contractors and vendors shortly after we bought our house and he was the only person who consistently followed through on schedule and on budget with no surprises. All of our interactions were smooth and he was exceptionally thorough keeping things clean and dust to a minimum while he worked which we very much appreciated. I worked with Maurer Construction on a custom project to turn my back patio into a large, beautiful “catio” for my cats. I work in animal welfare and had done a ton of initial research on exactly what I wanted, down to the specific gauge of metal fencing that would be safest for both my cats and any birds in the area. I also had a very specific goal for the catio door - how it would open, lock, etc. Bill took the time to track down the exact materials needed for the project, and we discussed everything from the type of metal, the size of the wood slabs, how it would all be positioned, etc. It was the first custom home project I’ve invested in, and I’m so glad I did. It’s one of my favorite features of the house, and it gets tons of compliments. I am planning more home improvements in the future and will be happy to work with Maurer Construction.

Bill Maurer has done several projects for me including a complete remodel of my kitchen with large walk-in pantry this past year. He delivers top quality work for a good price and I have always been very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

I had a small 2-days project. Bill gave an accurate estimate, started and finished on time. He kept everything very clean and paid attention to details. But most importantly, he didn't pretend he knew everything and listened to my suggestions. It was a pleasure working with Bill, and I'll do it again when there's another project arise.

my wife & I purchased a 1968 mobile home. It needed many repairs. With a Marine friend request. We hired the Maurer const. Co. to repair our electricity, they replaced & rewired all our outlets. Repaired & replaced the electric box, they fixed the wiring outside the house & put outside outlets in. (We didn't have any). Our repairman was a nice guy & did what he said he was going to do. I would hire him again. Ken in Santee

I had Bill make me two frames for a sifting project I had some young helpers coming to do at my house. I had originally asked for them to be constructed out of 2”x2” boards in a 20 x 20 configuration . Bill talked me out of my idea based on his construction experience and made them out of 2x4 boards and they ended up being 24x27. He made the frames only. Originally I had wanted 4 frames but he quoted $300 which was much more than I had in the budget. He explained that he typically charges $120/hr for his work, so I ended up paying $150 for 2 frames. Once I put the hardware mesh on them they were just too heavy for my helpers to work with. I ended up getting the four 20x20 frames made out of 2”x2” boards and they worked out much better. The four smaller frames cost me $70 labor and materials. The workers were not able to accomplish the work they were coming to do because I did not get the smaller frames made in time for their start time, I was still trying to get the wire mesh attached when they arrived.

Bill did a nice job constructing the frames, but they ended up not working out for what I needed them for. I will keep them and give them to my son who lives in Arizona. .

I am disabled and can’t manage heavy lifting which is why I had requested lighter weight construction.

I was driving on the highway in the hov lane. Someone driving this companies box truck only had one person in the truck and tried to cut me off and pull into the hov lane. He continued honking his horn and driving aggresive. It was also raining.
