This is our second remodel with Groysman Construction. Really happy with the process and results. On time and very close on budget both times. Everything was done with quality finishes and install from cabinets to really excellent tile work by Francisco. Carlos was on the job most days overseeing details small and large. Joe was a great project manager who called me for all small details and ensured things turned out as expected or they will made it right. He even helped me make up my mind on a couple of final design details. He and Boris helped me map out a great kitchen cabinet layout. Would use them again anytime. Next time I would walk the job with Boris and Joe and the final contract to ensure I had everything identified I wanted or needed done and worked out minor technical details I missed. Highly recommend.

This is the second time with Groysman Construction to do my home remodel project. The first time is a whole house remodel which took place 5 years ago and we are really satisfied with the outcome and services they provided. So when this time we need to expand our first floor half bath to full bath, we came to Groysman again. Boris and Joe did a great job to provide professional design suggestions and perform a timely progress to complete the project. Good communication and fast react to questions and problem solving. Now we have a very nice full bath on the first floor as well as a neat laundry room. Really appreciate their great work!

Groysman Construction remodeled my parents' first floor bathroom to swap out the shower/tub combo to a walk-in shower. They did a beautiful job - and they were very focused on making sure the end product was what my parents wanted. Peter was our primary person and he personally made sure that any adjustments that were asked for were delivered just as asked - he was great. During the course of the remodel, it was discovered that the bathroom was vented improperly - and Groysman make sure that the right venting system was installed. Highly recommended - you get what you pay for, and we paid for a professional job which is what we received! (In the attached photo, the bathroom was remodeled outside of the vanity which we didn't want changed.)

Mike Herman has done a variety of jobs for me over the years. I have always been happy with the results. One thing I especially like is that he always gives me several options for one project with respect to time and dollars. He is extremely conscientious and thorough about his work. He makes each project a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Mike Herman and Iron Hands Const.

We had Mike do quite a bit of work on our condo-he added in a laundry room where there was a coat closet previously and also was able to plumb the drain into our bathroom. In doing so, he put a new floor in the bathroom and laundry room, completely resurfaced and textured and painted all the walls and all for an affordable price! We also only had one bathroom in that home, and as it was our primary home at the time, he was done with the job in 2 days which was great so we were able to get back "life as normal." Thanks again Mike for making our home beautiful and functional!!

HI, We just finished getting our siding replaced with Hardy Board and some stucco work. They did a great job. Any issues were quickly attended too.

Gary is my Go To Guy when I need anything done around the house or yard. If the work is outside of his scope he always has a good reference that I can use. I am having a bamboo problem fixed by one reference right now, plus more yard enhancements, had my roof and gutters done just a couple of months ago, and had my exterior trims & doors done just prior to that. I've used his services now for at least 8-10 years.

Let's talk a little about Gary Faith Cinstruction, all work is completed for what we hired GFC and we could not be more happy. They went above and beyond what we asked for and what our initial scope of work.
Gary and Chris are amazing to work with. My wife and I are stoked at the level of expertise of this company. Could not be more happy to have stumbled across GFC. After talking to 7 or 8 other contractors we had nearly given up hopes of finding someone who would execute our vision. Everyone else wanted to sell us cabinets that we didn't like.
So some things to keep in mind and the initial meeting, Gary let's you set the level of involvement, which was very important to us. We had the options of finishes or giving them the general direction of which how the finished product should look. My wife ended up wanting more higher end finishes which obviously cost more, well worth the end result because we would have to live with it. Gary and crew would interject with their expertise on all aspects and giving us price range on our wishes, this was invaluable because even though we had lots of ideas we were kept grounded. Watching too much HGTV might not be the best thing to do before starting a renovation. My suggestion to everyone is to hire Gary and Company, pick out a color palette you want to work with, talk directly with Gary every step of the way. He can direct you in all aspects even if he can't provide the service or products, he has a huge network of suppliers that will give you contractor pricing. They will be open to letting you know if things need to be up to code, trust them when they tell you something. The whole team is professional and they are experts at what they do.
They are booked fast but worth the wait.

We contacted Gary, who was referred to us by a neighbor, to assess for any damage surrounding a garage door we are installing. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, set up a time, and arrived early. Gary proved to be an extremely professional and knowledgeable contractor. We definitely plan to use him.

Had our master bathroom remodel done by Gary Faith Construction, and am totally happy that I went with them.

We are picky, and have a LOT of questions. Through it all, Gary, Chris, & team were there to work with us, and make sure we were left happy.

The bathroom came out looking beautifully. Just gorgeous.

And this includes AFTER the project was completed. As we slowly started getting settled into the new bathroom, any questions or minor tweaks we needed, Gary worked with his to make it happen.

He's come back several times now, to look over things and discuss them. Definitely great customer service.

After many interviews and quotes we chose Gary and his team to rebuild our kitchen and it was a great choice!!! Gary gave us a price and plan that fit in our budget! We hired GFC to do a significant home addition, adding about 750sqft. We extended the living room, added master bedroom/bath, powder room, laundry room, & patio over garage. Gary and his crew are very knowledgeable and hardworking. The pricing was very reasonable and fair too. They also worked quickly! Showing up each day on time and Gary does an excellent job getting any subcontractors lined up so everything keeps moving. And getting inspections scheduled. They poured new foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, stucco, drywall, roofing in 3.5-4 months. I would definitely recommend choosing Gary Faith Construction for any home improvements needed. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Gary is a responsive, detail oriented GC, with an ability to tackle small and/or larger complex projects. Gary's bid was competitive with other GCs as well as his deep knowledge base. He was willing to help us envision and problem-solve a variety of intermeshed, long-term projects that included maneuvering around the needs of an aging and occupied income property. Last and best point: his warm, intelligent, and energetic nature is hard to match! He's a pleasure to work with.

We contacted Gary to do our master bath/master bedroom remodel after seeing our good friends fabulous kitchen remodel done by Gary. He took the designs and took what was a basic track home layout and turned into the bedroom and bathroom of our dreams. We still walk in and can’t believe it is in our home. We contacted Gary Faith Construction to do a kitchen and laundry room remodel along with replacing all molding and flooring on the first floor of our home. Gary came by to do an estimate and clearly knew how to get the job done. He quickly turned around a reasonable estimate for the work and a contract that clearly layed out what would and wouldn't be part of the project.

Gary and his team showed integrity throughout the project. They would own and fix any mistakes or miscommunications that occurred and problem solve to produce a solid result in a timely manner. When we ran into roadblocks or changes in the project plan, Gary was transparent about the cost and timeline and typically provided options and listened to ideas to come up with the best result. Costs related to changes were reasonable.

Gary's employees and sub contractors produced quality work and were all professional and courteous. They worked closely with Gary to keep him up to date on the project status allowing Gary to manage the schedule and move forward.

The results of all their work is an incredible kitchen and laundry room that improve the layout, flow and warmth of our home.

Gary Faith Construction did an amazing job with our first-floor remodel. They handled everything from demolition to finishing touches, including gutting the kitchen down to the studs, replacing all electrical and plumbing, filling in our sunken living room floor with concrete, tiling the entire first floor, and replacing our kitchen picture window. Their attention to detail was top-notch.

From start to finish, communication was clear, and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. The only minor hiccup was a delayed window, but they handled it professionally and kept us updated. The team was incredibly efficient and always cleaned up the construction site at the end of each day. They were also very responsive to our questions and concerns, making the entire process stress-free.

The finished product is beyond our expectations. We're so impressed with the quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Gary Faith Construction for any major home renovation.

We just wrapped up a large home remodel with Gary and his team that includes a kitchen, bathrooms, and multiple other updates like paint and flooring. We are very happy with our experience with his team and so glad that we decided to go with Gary for this project. We would 100% use Gary again for future projects. Here are some highlights --
- Gary himself is extremely organized and responsive. He stayed on top of all kinds of dates and timelines and the whole thing was very efficiently managed. Thanks to this, our project finished ahead of schedule.
- Gary's crew was consistent and predictable, an all around great group of people. I was impressed with their workmanship, timeliness, cleanliness, friendliness...the list goes on.
- We trusted Gary and his team to work on our project while we traveled for 3 weeks. The Internet will tell you not to do this, but they did a great job while we were gone and we came home to amazing progress.
- Gary uses subcontractors that he has worked with for years and also do an amazing job. I was especially impressed with Randy/Ideal Cabinets, Laura/Rock Prefab, and Miguel Herrera who did the quartz fabrication. Amazing work and really easy because Gary managed all the timelines, material pickup, communication, etc.

Based on the different quotes we got, Gary's was right about the middle. I felt the cost was totally worth the experience and the outcome.
