New Age did an amazing job with our 2 small projects! We had concrete poured on our side yard and was poured exactly how we wanted it. I needed to run electrical conduit under the concrete slab to my electric panel and they did it no problem! After they did a great job on the side yard we decided to bite the bullet and just get our pavers done in the front walkway of our house. They did an amazing job with this also! Beautiful bricks and was done professionally! Simon and Yotam were very easy to work with and had very good pricing on everything, way better pricing than the competition! Also shout out to Moises and his worker, working in Escondido in the heat during summer is no joke, but they got it done quickly and efficiently! I'd recommend this company to all friends and family, even everyone on yelp! Go through this company, no headaches and no problems! Thank you guys for everything!

Communication & Management: Communication was a major strength. Our project manager, Jose, was proactive and consistently on top of every detail. We always knew what was happening next, and any questions were addressed quickly. The owners, Simon and Yotam, were also actively engaged and accessible, which added a lot of confidence throughout the process.

Execution of Vision: I had a very specific vision for this project--from the retaining walls for our planters to the creation of a dedicated lounge area near the pool. They also flawlessly handled the technical drip irrigation plan and integrated landscape lighting. They executed every element with precision. The pool coping, tiling, and surfacing work was particularly excellent and has completely transformed the space.

Quality & Reliability: They handled everything end-to-end, making the project straightforward and low-stress. They were flexible with changes and responsive to feedback while keeping the project moving. The quality of work is evident in the final result--everything looks polished, intentional, and thoughtfully executed.

I know James and the entire DRD team for over five years. I'm happy recommend them to anybody looking to hire a full landscape architecture design and build firm in San Diego. Creativeness, attention to detail and easy to work with.

These guys are masters of their craft. James came to our home for a consult and was very open and honest about how they work, the style of their work, and what scope of projects they're best at. Despite their being our top pick, we didn't end up being able to work with them due to budgetary constraints at the time and even STILL, James came back our home after he knew this and graciously helped talk through what we could do within our budget and even offered up his ideas knowing we may end up doing the work ourselves. They put a personal care and touch into their work and show a personal side to business that isn't often found. I can't recommend these guys enough.

John, Andrew and Luis at Deep Rooted Designs were an absolute dream to work with. I wanted to re-do the front of my house which included building a patio and eco-friendly landscaping. Their process is fantastic. John, landscape architect and owner, met with me to discuss my plans and he thoroughly covered their services. Andrew, landscape architect, developed a beautiful design based on my specs and patiently worked with me until I was satisfied. He provided great insights as to what would work best for my home. Then came the installation. Luis, project manager, was just as outstanding. He provided updates on timelines, gracefully answered any questions I had, and seamlessly supervised and coordinated all activities. The subcontractors John employs are just as professional as his team. They are competent in their respective expertise and were very respectful of my home. The final result was a QUALITY and BEAUTIFUL design. The design was even better than the 3-D pictures they provided at the start of the project. John and his team are the consummate professionals and always have the client’s best interests in mind. Finally, it is incredibly rare to find a team that delivers on time and on budget. Deep Rooted Designs is a group of young professional men who do things right the first time. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping/ outdoor project. I am the envy of all my neighbors.
