Alecko and Mario were on time and very efficient when it came to diagnosing my VRF System. Most companies won’t touch a system this complex, but they stepped in and took care of my system with no worries. Made the process very easy. Highly recommendable company with great technicians that are very knowledgeable and thorough. They performed a major repair on my system and made it look like they weren’t even present at my home. Having a reliable Family Owned business is the way to go. Blue Diamond is the company for me. I am a lifetime customer.

We told you we need an ac that can operate at 45 degrees. Not sure why you installed it at 45 degrees. Obviously it was inspected and failed. We should not have to pay you for a new install.
